dale mI was told when I picked the uhaul up that I would only be charged for the 4 hours I originally reserved the uhaul for because the store I rented it from closed early that Saturday so the lady at the counter told me that we would have the uhaul until Monday with no extra charge and then I get my receipt and it says that I was charged over 200$ this is ridiculous and I'm not very happy about it..
Bradley LSteering so far off that while driving straight the wheel had to be turned to where the speedometer could not be seen. Radio did not work. Passenger door did not close properly to the point that there was a visible gap between the door and the frame. Rate advertised was inflated to double after all the "fees" Will definitely look elsewhere next time.
Bob MGreat service on picking it up and returning equipment, they make sure all connections were correct and lights working properly.

Samuel GI showed up an hour after they opened. The door to the office was locked and no one was around. I called, no one answered. I reached out to customer support on chat and they told me they weren't sure why no one was there and then ended the conversation without helping me further. It was an awful experience and makes me not want to use Uhaul again.

Richard AActually clean the nasty truck! I had to take a leaf blower and blow out pet hair and trash from inside the cab. And we didn’t get the furniture dollies we paid for. When I called the location she said they probably don’t have any.

Then as soon as pulling off the truck tire light came on ... put air in it still no change .. the people were nice when they did finally show up ..
christa hI booked the truck over the phone. When I arrived something got corrupted and my reservation was canceled. And after quite a few attempts and having to use my mother in laws credit card I was finally able to rent the truck. It took about an hour and a half to get on the road

Kelly Bhis experience was awful to say the least I’m not sure one thing is done correctly on these people’s part. First of all I was supposed to pick the truck up Saturday at 12 noon but 45 minutes before I got there they changed my location to somewhere 25 minutes further away in another town. When I arrive there was no one there that could wait on me because the place was closed seems like someone should have known that before sending me there. But because of that my reservation was changed from Saturday to Monday. Now I am 2 days behind schedule, I’m most likely going to miss my appointment about my new apartment. 9 AM Monday I go to pick up my U-Haul I get to that office and what do you know no one is there. This makes me another two hours late leaving and because of that I now live in a hotel and not an apartment thanks Uhaul people, thanks so much....

Curitessia CYour rental return website doesn’t work. It kept saying that my location sharing was turned off, when in fact, it was on.
Steve FDo not use the online app or account to rent a truck. Everything related to renting the truck online was a nightmare experience. I will not do this again . manager was great.
Bart MWe reserved a truck for 8 am. We had to wait until 10:30 Am when a truck was returned even though there was a truck there when we arrived at 8. She said it was a local only truck that was reserved for someone else at 8 am. When we returned at about 10 am the truck was still there. After we got loaded and we were leaving we drove past on our way to our motel and that truck was still there after 4 pm. I don't understand why we couldn't have gotten that truck when it was the same size. Why should it matter whether you are going local or one way. Also the truck that we got was in need of a front end alignment that we were not told about. I am sure the lady that rented us the truck was not told about the problem by the lady that returned it.

steve sPoor access to internet caused the agent to have to call another agent and complete my contact over a speaker phone. People where nice, but it took awhile. Grounds had me concerned that I’d get a flat pulling back to get my trailer. Wiring was hanging out front of trailer. Door latch wouldn’t hold Had to wire it together to keep doors shut and pull home.

taronda gI was charged to my card after I payed cash for the charges. Then I had to put more gas into the vehicle after the needle was put back where it was when I got it in order to not pay additional chargers and it still charged my card. The man was very helpful but the lady had a nasty attitude
