They were not open. I completed the mobile check in. Truck was not drivable with CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AND NO AIR CONDITIONING. I DID NOT TAKE THE TRUCK. i CANNOT REACH ANYONE AT THIS LOCATION IN PERSON OR BY PHONE TO GET A REFUND AND UHAUL CORPORATE WON'T HELP ME.

Picked up at 9:30pm, had trouble getting mobile pick up to work. SO HAPPY I got a real person on the phone after a 10 min wait. She fixed everything within 5 minutes, I got my key and drove away...

I went in and nobody was there! They gave Mr a phone number of Uhaul person. I called 3 times and no call back. Them I went online and made reservation. Why do you have an office if you have to have Service master employee try to get them to c was all you. Also made reservation to have it loaded by hone movers. They were double booked and would not make it till late. I said forget it! Why promise to be there at 1030am and thinks it's ok to change it to 4 or 5 pm!

I ordered an appliance dolly but no one left it on the truck. This proved to be a huge disadvantage when I had to carry a washer and dryer up 32 stairs at this apartment. To make matters worse I was then sent a receipt where I was charged for an appliance dolly that I wasn't provided with.

Dropped off the truck and trailer on a Sunday, which was a day earlier than on contract. Location was closed, called the number on contract and verified I was dropping equipment off, put key in drop box and I was still charged an extra day rental on truck and trailer. Still have not gotten that resolved.

Pick up took hours! Truck was absolutely disgusting! Location was listed to have the dolly I needed and they didn't. I had to go to multiple locations to find one in resulted in me adding more miles than I was expected to. I'm very disappointed! Horrible experience. Never will use or recommend uhaul again.

I have used u-haul no less than 50 times and this was the worst experience. After completing everything online and doing the pre-checkin and it being confirmed by u-haul online, they had me go through the entire check-in again. When I started questioning what they were doing they just blamed it on the weather, when really it was incompetence that prevailed. I needed the vehicle first thing that morning and it took over 30 minutes to complete check-in. They open later and close earlier than other locations, and were a shabby set-up all together. After further research, to improve and based on all the other locations in the Foley/Gulf Shores area, shut this one down.

Nearest drop off should have been Marion Lumber, my home town, however it wasn't in the drop off list. Also the phone number given for the drop off location was no longer in service and when I arrived at the drop off location it was closed (due to attending a funeral).. otherwise it was a good experience. You need to get your website current.
