It was very easy to pick up and drop off the truck at this location. The ladies working were friendly and helpful.

I didn’t receive the equipment I paid for. The lady running the counter wasn’t there and I had to wait 45 minutes before she finally came back. Was a big hassle. Dropping the truck off was simple as I didn’t have to deal with her after hours. I’m incredibly disappointed and I haven’t been contacted yet to get a refund for equipment I didn’t even get.

I don’t want this to reflect on the location but I think it is false advertising to say the rental is 19.99 and you can rent it for one-way rentals. It cost me $250 to rent and part of that was because I had to drive it 75 miles back to the location.

I would work on the customer service at this location. I rented a pick up truck and when i came to drop it off (during business hours) the doors were closed and locked. There was no one inside and no indication of when they would be back. Since it was 11:45 am and I wanted a paper receipt, i decided to wait for her to return. I waited over 45 minutes before leaving. The only reason i left was because i needed to get dressed for work. When i returned she was back, claiming to have been at the bank. She also told me she was unable to help me with a receipt for over half an hour more. She asked if i wanted her to call me when she was able to get my paperwork done and let me know the total. i agreed since i was now 15 minutes late for work and needed to leave asap. I never received a phone call and i did not receive an email receipt until the next morning. I found the whole thing to be very inconvenient and a waste of time. If your only agent is going to be gone for more than 15 minutes, a courtesy note would be very appreciated. Especially since I was not the only one who was inconvenienced by this. I had to inform 4 other people who came to the business that no one was inside and how long i had already been waiting. One gentleman waited 20 minutes before leaving whereas the other 3 left almost instantly.

Drove 20 miles but took 6.67 gal of fuel, obviously, not fueled all the way up. It did however show full on the gauge. If this truck truly gets 3.2 miles per gallon, it needs to be replaced.

I was not happy with Cheri crews because she gave my personal information to people without my permission which is highly against the rules and policy of uhaul so therefore I will not ever recommend this location to anybody for renting a uhaul or a storage unit ever again because breach of contract

Repair your vehicles before people get killed.This truck was overdue service and broke down previously without being looked at. Then we broke down at 1030pm in a remote area of I 90. Not sure how you sleep at night. Every single uhaul we rented over the last several months required 3 quarts of oil or broke down. Shame on uhaul.

There were dirty blankets and extra Dolly apparently left from previous use. The fuel level was not recorded properly. I got fewer blankets than I ordered.

made reservations for appliance dolly 3 weeks in advance, got there day of to pick up, no dolly.. also, held on a certain credit card, when returned specifically asked her to put on credit card i handed her.. 2 people and a p[hone call came in while i was waiting her to finish, she tried to multi task instead of finishing me, then going to next person, and I find day later, though i SPECIFICALLY told her which cc to put on, and HANDED IT TO HER, she did not, she left if on the one i did NOT want o use, but just help reservation on. i also had to ASK for my credit card back. this put me in a financial bind i had to figure out, because she didnt just finish my transaction FIRST, since i was there FIRST, instead of trying to handle 3 people at once. very upset about that. ALWAYS handle transaction start to FINISH in order folks come in.. no mistakes that way.

During check in I was not notified that I need to being the truck back full. I also was not told what rate per gallon the gas would be charged at if I didn't return the truck full. The tank was almost full but I was charged 20 dollars for somewhere around or below a quarter tank of gas. It was shocking to see that when the truck itself is $20 in town and I didn't use many miles. I expressed this concern during mobile check in once I returned the truck but no one got in touch. This was on Saturday and it's now Wednesday with no response. I just got a bill with the same charge. No adjustment no call. The rating is based on the woman who served me being polite and lighthearted but she was not at the office when I called although it was normal business hours and the issue of the gas not being explained left a bad taste in my mouth. Thanks.

I was charged $25 for cleaning when I thoroughly cleaned it before returning it.

Trucks brakes was down to metal on metal, the box was not clean inside. I drove truck short distance when I first picked it up and did not notice the brake issue until I had loaded it and headed to my destination.

I rent the truck for 1 hour they charged me total $91.39. They forced me to buy insurance of $14.99. Next day my credit card show up another charge $19.78. What is going on with this place? So total of $91.39 + $19.78 + $8 (gas) = $119.17 for one of hour of renting the 10' t ruck. I am not Bill Gate.

Office smelled a lot like cigarettes. I did not like that. Office personal was simple had no enthusiasm. Don't expect a party, but simple courtesy would do, after all I am a customer and can take my business elsewhere where I am welcomed.

Only complaint was that my pick up time was 11:30 am. I arrived on time but the office was closed. Employee left note that she would be returning shortly. She returned 15 minutes later. I understand things happen and ultimately everything was fine, just small inconvenience.

I was incorrectly charged over $50 for gas that I refilled, and for pads that I did not use. I am very disappointed and upset that this happened. I should not need to wait 72 hours for this to be resolved.

Super smooth transaction!! Reserved online. Did express check-in and was on way in no time. Same with returning the vehicle. Great staff—know what they’re doing. Love it when things are this easy. Especially when dealing with a big outfit. Have used u-haul before and will stay with them. Thanks guys!!

Not charge so much for the safe drive. Other than that where the parking of the vehicles when returned was a bit inconvenient, and the return time was not 24 hrs. since I called and explained about my having to catch the bus...three of them to be exact from Federal Way WA. to Everett WA. and missing one connection causing me to have to ask for a 2 hour extension making it after 12 instead of 10 a.m.. Why not consider offering a reward of some type to customers as a "Thank you " after spending $50 on a truck rental. Just a suggestion. Thanks.
