Heather SI just won't ever use uhaul again. This location did not give me a contact and was trying to make me enter with a police escort. Now I'm going to have to use my next month's social security to move again, all by myself again, and I've been in two major auto accidents. I'll likely end up on the hospital and I'm in constant fear that my personal items and documents will be stolen or something. Worst experience ever
Diseree ZWe had a very limited time to drop off our U-Haul and it just happened to be on the employees lunch hour. or the doorbell. I had to wait an hour. The return U-Haul website wouldn't load, I was very stressed that I would not be able to pick up my son from preschool in mountain view (40 min away) in time

Scott GThe person-less pickup was an absolute nightmare. I have done the person-less pickup several times now and it is a complete waist of time. Each time I have gone to get my vehicle (often at the early hours of the morning, 6AM), the app and website check in is very time consuming, and I always have to do it multiple times. After I finally get all my information in, I have to wait for a VERY long time to be accepted as a driver, even though I go through the process the day before with a U-haul representative to make sure it is a quick a seamless pickup. It sems as though that no matter what I do, it is always a very bad experience picking up a truck through the U-haul person-less pickup process.

CHRIS V | Overall ExperienceIt was easy and great for what we needed for my husband to use the motorcycle trailer and use it to pull to our son's house and then unloaded and we drove to strugis and keep the trailer at our son's house and then came home and returned it at home. It wasn't to expensive for 12 days and so it's cheaper than buying one if you are only going to do this a couple of times a year. Worked great for us.

BILL RThe staff was very pleasant and helpful. The car carrier might need to be upgraded to use LED lights since newer customer trucks are wired for LED and when hooked to older trailers, some of the trailer lights won’t work; fortunately, the brake lights do still work. Thanks
SCOTT YThere was a side light out and a paddle lock was left in the trailer and it blocked the closing of the door as hit had slide in the corner. I felt stupid when it was found that it was blocking. Someone didn't pick up their lock.
