Equipment should be clean and serviced (one tire was essentially flat). Personnel should be more well versed in procedures and responsibilities. No problems with friendliness or welcoming attitudes. Just seems to be lack of training in procedures.MARVIN I.

If you have a 9pm return time, the person that does the returns should be at the store until after 9pm. When I returned the rental at 9pm the guy was not there and while one of the women was really sweet the other wasn't and tried to insist that because whoever gave me the rental wasn't there I'd have to keep it until the next day because she didn't so returns. What a joke! I will be needing to remove all my things from where I stored them at the end of November but I highly doubt I'll use your company again. When I first got the they told me the person that did rentals had left early and basically their attitude was too bad ... he is gone. So I waited for a bit kind of trying to figure out what to do and the guy came back. Customer service is non existent at this location. No one was wearing a mask .. just me. Even though I had pre registered it took over 30 min to get the keysMaria C.
When I arrived at the location to pick up the truck I had reserved, I had to stand around a while even before being helped, while employees stood around behind the counter talking and looking at their phones. When someone finally did help me, he acted as though they weren't expecting me, and then after a while of trying to process my reservation, said the website was down so he was going to do other work. Then I waited for another 15 minutes, finally having to ask if he was coming back. They paged him, he had to call UHaul rep before finally finishing my transaction. Will never rent from this location again.Enoch J.
