Great little trailer. Hauled my motorcycle perfectly. ( The loading ramp is very short. On a harley you would hit the bottom of the motor if your not careful. A little longer ramp would work better)

Steven GThe truck had no heating. I called the agent at the desk after about 30 mins into the journey, and his response was, "there's nothing I can do about that. Call Uhaul" We drove 2 hours in -15 temperature. My only regret is that I didn't call Uhaul immediately. I have since called on different occations and emailed Zack Nicholson about the heating and key problem to no avail. I asked for a refund since I paid for a fully functional truck, and did not get one. Having to drive in -15C conditions. No response still to the request. Very poor customer service.
Adeola OLOCATION CANCELLED MY RESERVATION THAT I MADE 2 DAYS AHEAD. TOLD ME HEAD OFFICE DID IT, TOTAL LIES ,SENT ME 25 MILES EACH WAY TO ANOTHER LOCATION SAID THEY CAN MAKE MORE MONEY OFF THE OTHER CUSTOMER. WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING A RESERVATION,IF YOU ARE GOING TO CANCEL IT. I HAVE RENTED FROM YOU AT LEAST 5 TO 10 TIMES BUT THIS CUSTOMER BUMPED ME OUT. HE SHOULD HAVE DRIVEN TO THE OTHER LOCATION, SOMEONE IS LYING. HEAD OFFICE OR WASAGA BEACH LOCATION TAKE YOUR PICK.

William MDo not use this location EVER!!!! First truck was stuck and had a dead battery, second a broken windshield wiper. After one hour I finally had a truck with gas below 1/4 of which they didn’t check. When I returned the truck I brought it back with exactly the same level and was charged $84 for fuel. I’m very upset because I’ve used you guys many times in the past and know the process very well. I called yesterday to complain and hopefully I will see the $84 refunded within 72 hours. An absolutely Horrible experience!!!!
