The person I worked with at Essential was OUTSTANDING. Very competent and friendly. Great ambassador for UHaul. Re: Movers hired from your website (I know they are subcontractors) They did not show up! Their phone was unavailable. Emails were not answered. Please remove Williams Express Moving as an option so no one else gets treated like us. Very poor!

CHRIS FERRAROThis space was a disorganized disaster. There were cars everywhere with no signage as to where to park the uHaul. Not an employee insight. They called attempting to assign an alternate drop off location, hours after had already dropped it off.
Spencer CraiguaryDefinitely do your own check over the truck with pics and videos. The mileage didn’t match the uhaul site’s and the gas gauge was lower than half too. Just be smart and take video of the inside and out for reference. Overall, it was all good and fine.

WILETTAMARIE WILLIAMSThe U Haul reservation center cancelled the truck that I had reserved twice, once on my way to pick it up. They wanted me to travel 40 miles to pick up a truck, just an awful system.
MICHAELN GERACIFirst off the location isn't open 24 hours. Second you couldn't check in to get the vehicle so waited 45 minutes to find out which vehicle was mine. By the way vehicle was unlocked and keys left in visor so any random smuck could walk up and steal it. Then after returning they couldn't even find the vehicle being rented. After all said and done they tried billing me twice when I returned the vehicle with exactly how much fuel it had.

william kellyMade a reservation for Sunday, but they were closed on Sunday and had no idea about the rental. Had to wait an hour for someone to come by. Gas was 1/8 lower than reported, the cabin smelled like cigars (wrapper found), the bed wasn't swept, and the cabin was not disinfected.
