Parking situation was a little tricky, but overall great experience. Truck was very clean. Staff was friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Yes you upgraded me but what should have been 5 minutes was 45 minutes because of ineptitude, making my delivery late. Your app btw sucks and you should fire the idiots that made it. So I will next time be using a more expensive but qualified and professional place, Hertz. I am really pissed about this experience and the unprofessional is of the garage you use.

Katherine PMy original pickup location was not available and I was sent to a not-so-great location; the truck was parked in a cumbersome spot, on a slant. And I had a heck of a time getting it out of the spot, a wheel was in the air and just kept spinning. The self check-in process is slow and every step took me 2-3 tries. It took me a good 20 minutes. The site was very slow. Not all of the equipment I rented was there! And when I called to report the missing equipment I got a "sorry, we'll credit you for the missing equipment" and when I expressed my frustrations the CSR hung up on me! I called a local nearby U-Haul dealer MYSELF to ask about renting just the missing equipment because, as I said, the CSR hung up on me. It cost me an additional hour of time to drive there and get the equipment. The return process was just as frustrating; it took me at least 20 minutes to self- return, the site was slow, and glitchy, AND I WAS CHARGED ADDITIONAL MILEAGE seemingly because I had to drive to the other U-Haul location to pick up the equipment! Overall an awful experience, I definitely should have been COMPED that additional mileage, and if I ever need to use a U-Haul again, I'll definitely not be utilizing the self services.

JORGE GNOT HAPPY! X @#$%^&! I scheduled a pick up for a 15' truck at the U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, 1874 Western Ave, Albany, NY. The day before the pick-up, I was informed that no truck was available at that location. New location was at 30 Corning Street, Albany, NY. as I pull into that location, the POS dispatcher informs me there is no truck available at that location either. No kidding as I'm sitting in the parking lot. He tells me there is a truck available in Troy NY at Essentials Towing. I shouldn't have to chase down a truck! Linda at Essentials was amazing! Great customer service, friendly and understanding.

Re: Movers hired from your website (I know they are subcontractors) They did not show up! Their phone was unavailable. Emails were not answered. Please remove Williams Express Moving as an option so no one else gets treated like us. Very poor!

John LThe location was only open after 9AM. But I was able to drop it off. I am 100% sure that I left the tank at the exact amount I received, but I was charged for 2 gallons of fuel. I can send the picture evidence.
Orkan TDo a proper inspection of the vehicle before you give it to someone else. Verify the milage! I was overcharged by 137 miles.

CHRIS FThis space was a disorganized disaster. There were cars everywhere with no signage as to where to park the uHaul. Not an employee insight. They called attempting to assign an alternate drop off location, hours after had already dropped it off.
Spencer CDefinitely do your own check over the truck with pics and videos. The mileage didn't match the uhaul site's and the gas gauge was lower than half too. Just be smart and take video of the inside and out for reference. Overall, it was all good and fine.
Jonathan CI went to the location prior to drop off. The staff was there and helpful in giving me drop off instructions.
WILETTAMARIE WThe U Haul reservation center cancelled the truck that I had reserved twice, once on my way to pick it up. They wanted me to travel 40 miles to pick up a truck, just an awful system.
MICHAELN GFirst off the location isn't open 24 hours. Second you couldn't check in to get the vehicle so waited 45 minutes to find out which vehicle was mine. By the way vehicle was unlocked and keys left in visor so any random smuck could walk up and steal it. Then after returning they couldn't even find the vehicle being rented. After all said and done they tried billing me twice when I returned the vehicle with exactly how much fuel it had.

william kMade a reservation for Sunday, but they were closed on Sunday and had no idea about the rental. Had to wait an hour for someone to come by. Gas was 1/8 lower than reported, the cabin smelled like cigars (wrapper found), the bed wasn't swept, and the cabin was not disinfected.
