I would have liked to give a higher rating I had 15 minutes till closing time and they locked the door I went down stairs and came back then they turned off all the lights and I still had 10 minutes left they tried to act like they were not there so I waited at the door for 5 minutes more then they came to and got the key to the truck I was told to bring the truck back before 5 but they wanted me to go away so they could add the extra payment to my bill said I do believe they seen me pull up and locked the door early I feel almost scammed

Raymond W.Truck had no gas! It was dirty I left it with a quarter of gas! I took it the day before I got to my destination they were closed I took it again the next day I got no discount for taking it a day before! Oh well thanks anyway

ORADOYIN A.From a independent U-Haul person company I will not rent from anymore from a U-Haul company that deals nothing but U-Haul 24/7 I would rent from just recent had a bad experience with an independent in San Bernardino on Arrowhead
HARRY E.This was not my original pickup location. I am going to be calling customer service as my experience was terrible and I am not looking to use uhaul again.
DUSTIN H.The drop-off location was not easy to find at all! I had to go to another location, where the information about where to put the keys was not clear at all! On the phone, the person in charge wasn't helpful at all. I lost more than an hour trying to figure out where the drop-off location was and then to deal with the person on th ephone to convince them to authorize the relocaton to another center not too far away! Please improve this ASAP!!
