Clifford SmithShow all charges at booking. Require franchisees to present all paperwork at time of booming. Require them to adjust gas gauge to accurate at time of rental so you do not get another unreasonable charge as I did. The truck was clean but the check engine light was on from the start. The manager said not to worry about it it had been checked and was fine. There was 8-10' play in the steering indicating a need for front end work.

They were very friendly and helpful. The equipment was well maintained and in excellent shape. 5 stars all the way.

Barbara DiGioiaOnly thing that comes to mind was I could not get UHAUL return app to access my current location during the return. I followed the help instructions to permit my phone to allow access, but was not able to complete the return process via the app.
