The process for the drop-off was simple and convenient.Robert K.
Our reservation was for pick up in Vernon. We received a call from uhaul confirming everything the day before., BUT then I was advised our pick up was moved to Salmon Arm. Not acceptable. Then have to scramble to find a way up to Salmon Arm. The unit should have been brought down to Vernon. Not to suddenly advise your customer they have to pick up in Salmon Arm. To â€œ take it or leave itâ€ . Only thing we received was an extra 60 miles? Not impressedMichelle C.

Experience was great but am disappointed on the small tie down holes for the 6x12 trailer. Liked the metal tiedown on the floor/wall but the small holes on the wooden/rubber strips are terrible. Need to change that for easier ability to tie in the load. Used to work as a furniture mover for a living and base my review on that experience.Rick E.

You can improve by not downsizing the truck claiming that you don't have the size we booked but yet the size we booked originally was in the yard. Theo for we could not complete our move and now have to drive another 16 hours to go get the rest. Also when on the phone the lady said we would be paying 460 for the smaller truck but was charged 570. This was not meant for the pickup place. They did nothing wrong it was the people at head officeTyler W.

Be more flexible in returning equipment since I had to upgrade and still had to drive to the old place to return when I had a place in my town.ANGIE D.
They did the best they could to fix the issues with the truck we were given, but they charged us a $40 cleaning fee when we cleaned the truck and it was cleaner than when we got it from the other dealer I think that practice should be looked at, they should take pictures at the other end and give it to the customer for drop offStewart D.
Drove to Salmon Arm from out of town as lights on trailer at first U-Haul pickup in Sicamous were not working and trailer pickup was changed to Eric's. Was on tight timeline as needed trailer for pickup of chairs and other items at rural location outside Salmon Arm for daughters wedding. After wasting 45 minutes in Sicamous and arriving at Eric's, a washroom to urinate was urgently required but owner refused to allow me to use their washroom as apparently it was not a public washroom. Was forced to walk over to Rona store in desperation which wasted a further 15 minutes. In spite of making a reasonable plea little compassion was evident for this 65 year old male. It seems Eric's owners have had this U-Haul location too long and have developed a lack of empathy for their clients.Ken B.

The place where I picked up the truck was fine. What was not fine was that I was overcharged on the auto trailer by a $100.00 and it was at a different location. The wait time was long because she did not know how to use your soft ware. The U-haul was dirty.Karen Y.

The 24/7 system to pick up the truck mist have been down when we were picking up our rental. The error stated we had to call. Well, the callback time was 50-60 minutes which would put us so far behind. We used both phones and just kept at it. I did get a call, and then it was dropped. Luckily after about 30 minutes I was able to get the site to work. It made for a stressful day. We had to cancel the workers at the other end in Penticton because of arriving later. The heat was dangerous. We were fortunate our two men were available early the next morning. The truck was great, very comfortable and easy to drive. It was great on fuel as well.Brian M.

THERE IS NO POINT IN MAKING A RESERVATION because UHAUL DOES NOT HONOUR RESERVATIONS. I had to drive 3.5 hours to pick up a trailer from another location, even though I had reserved one in my location a month prior. This added considerable time and stress to an already stressful day, not to mention exorbitant gas costs that were not reimbursed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH UHAUL CORPORATION.Brita P.

I am very thankful that I contacted this location via telephone to book and then to confirm my booking to get better service then I did and would have going through disbatch. Booking 3 weeks in advance I still did not get the truck I wanted on the day I wanted nor did I get the car dolly however this location did everything they could to accommodate my needs.JASMYN S.

If a customer requests a pick up location in one city, its absolutely ridiculous that they have to travel 2 hours down the highway to a completely different city to pick up a trailer. To top it off, the customer service was absolutely atrocious.Jeff E.
