The facility is not open to rent starting on a Saturday, which means you need to pay for an additional day rental. My situation was that I would not require it until Saturday and try to return within the 48 hours. I returned trailer less than 6 hours late due to brake issues with towing vehicle. Consideration should be given for initial rental to accommodate when rental is required, and return should be as next business day.

Poor service at best. Rude and very unhelpful staff member. Individual was frankly an embaressment to UHAUL. As I compare the two facilities this has a totally different view of the business. I understood UHaul was promoting recycle programs, not this facility as my unused boxes were not welcome nor could they be placed into a recycle bin. Other Uhaul locations gave them away. My contact phone experience with Uhaul fair but not meeting expections. "Promises NOT kept". Please call if you would like further details.

Very poor customer service. Did not feel supported or given options when I told them I did not have a cell phone for drop off instructions. I felt discriminated. Would not rent again.

Our experience was through U-Haul in general an absolute nightmare and we will never recommend or use U-Haul ever again!!

Only issue I had was with the early check in process on the u haul site. Did it 3 times in Kamloops without too much problems except once due to the location not been on my phone. Yesterday somehow it ask for a secondary phone number so the person could phone to see about the rental. Turn out to be my wife day to sleep in. I haven’t had to do that in the past. That would be something to improve. Thanks
