samuel b$19.99 base fee 99 cents per km (34 total kms driven = $34 dollars) Total bill should have been approximately $55-60 max yet was billed $130. Truck was filthy and had two tires with low air pressure. No receipt provided. Genuinely appalling.

rodger DWhy does you guys charge me $40.48 for fuel even after I fuel up to the required point.The invoice show I fuel up only 3/4 quarter.Infact I fuel up more than 3/4 quarter.I have a picture.So it’s completely loot by you guys.I would never recommend someone to use uhaul. Thanks

Prakash PI booked the truck 3 weeks before i needed it. I then got a phone call 2 days before pickup to say that the vehicle is not available for my booking. I had an email confirming the booking with a reservation number. I had to change my plans because the booking was effectively cancelled. This is unacceptable. If i had a booking then the vehicle should be available.

PREEKMAL SI rented the truck for one full day and was late for bringing the truck back. Clerk didn’t charge anything extra very accommodating. Five star service my personal experience. peter oBefore entertainment plus i went to another location called Sunrise. Owner was very rude. Dont know how to respect coustomer's. I left proffessionally. He dont even tried to get back coustmer. Dont reccomend sunrise u haul location at all.

Ali SWe selected online pick up so we did not have to go inside the store. To find out that this location does not offer it Why give it has an option when booking if it is not available.?? The van also smelled like an ashtray

It didn't send a text notification to check the vehicle until I was already driving, it kept glitching while I was trying to book, it lied and said the location was open until 8:00 when it was actually open until 7:00 (I specifically booked the drop-off time for 7:30 so I could do it in person), it kept refreshing and not letting me submit a photo of the gas gauge and odometer, I wasn't even informed that I needed to refill the gas tank until I was trying to return it, and the glitches with the website turned me being there 10 minutes early to me being late. I was unable to check it in, thus I was charged an extra $20 for no fault of my own. I had no choice but to leave it there to be checked in upon opening. The location itself was fine (though the door was really stiff) but the website is HORRENDOUS.

Om TThe Only reason I couldn't give a 5 over a 4 is at some the trucks are closer and not being used as a bench at the end of the parking lot, unfortunately i don't think it can be helped on this location.
