Deacon BA.J. seemed distracted and sloppy at drop off. He tried to keep my copy of the paperwork like he would deal with trailer return later. He did disconnect the trailer and then started to leave without saying anything...I had to confirm that we were done. Over 22 hours later the app still indicated that the trailer had not been returned. I had to contact Ennis Feed and Karen was able to finish the check-in properly.
BRENT ETruck was in serious need of maintenance. Brakes were shot. Power steering was fucked. High beams didnt work. And it had no washer fluid.

Earl GWe reserved a time days out. Never received a phone call from Uhaul to let us know they were informed the night before or pick up time that the Uhaul wouldn't be ready. When we arrived to pick it up, we found out not only was our reservation not ready, but there were no other available trucks in the state of Texas the same size. We we're supposed to have the truck at 10am and didn't receive it until 2:30pm. Uhaul never once called, apologized, or offered to right the wrong on their part in any way. The sweet lady that runs the pickup location went above and beyond trying her hardest to fix it herself. I well refrain from using a run down company with a huge lack of customer service in the future. We spent over $400 for a truck we couldn't even use but for 24 hours and had a huge strain on both our timing and finances due to Uhaul's inability to fulfill its promised reservations.
