We did mobile app drop off - the only suggestion is that the area was shoveled better.

I ended up having to take a 20 foot u haul because they couldn't find the key to the 15 foot one like I ordered. When I opened up the back of the truck there was a broken mirror with glass everywhere and a broken elliptical in it. Not very happy at all with this experience.

JOHN HAny of the things that are suppose to be done. Nothing was right, the previous person never checked the truck in, the worker didn't really know how to fix anything and they are now trying to charge me for things the previous renter did. Do not recommend!
KELLY LMy problem isn't with the location but with that my location for pick up was changed last minute. Then I wasn't given a scheduled pick up time. So I had to wait 40 minutes on the phone to talk to someone so I could open the lock box to get the keys to the truck I was supposed to pick up 40 minutes ago.
Thomas DI paid for several additional moving supplies and nothing was included when I picked up my truck. The back door of the truck was wide open when I arrived so obviously someone knew there were no supplies and no gas in the truck. I paid for gas twice and was charged for supplies they knew wouldn't be included. I have yet to be refunded. Not only that but its in an awful part of town and not well lit at all for the 67 questions I am required to answer and photograph upon drop off. I want my money back.
MEGAN RMobile pick up was a nightmare, the process took over an hour because of GPS location issues, the live chat agent on the app did not make instructions clear and when I went to drop off the truck during business hours it was STILL impossible to find the office or speak to a human. Never again.
JANICE SI would love to talk to someone over the phone on how awful I was treated when going to pick up my truck! When arrived to pick up my rental they told me "we don't have a truck for you today" "sorry this isn't my fucking issue" the employ said. I began to ask if the had something bigger but only told me that "maybe you'll have to wait tomorrow or next week". Moving is stressful enough but to be laughed at by the guy at U-Haul really is a low blow. Finally telling me that the next town over has a truck and I had to do the 24/7 rental which took me even longer to check in and check out. I will never again use U-Haul for anything. I would rather walk with my boxes a million miles than to give my money to you. It's a joke on how I was treated.
jena MAdding external references to the mobile pickup process was terrible. I had followed the instructions in the call I received previously to upload my drivers license but the app still made me upload it a second time and then required multiple forms of references without having warned me in advance. I have a passport but hadn't brought it with me to take a photo of it and my office is not open at 7am on a Saturday to provide proof of employment. This needlessly added half an hour to the pick up process and left me very unhappy. Will pursue non-U-Haul options next time. The pickup location itself was fine.

Angelo DWasn't told there wasn't going to be a person there for me to drop the key. It was during business hours - had to walk around facility to find the office. Called the number and had to leave a message. Found a drop box left there. Would have saved a lot of time if I knew this ahead of time.

VALERIE Lthe truck did not have running boards to get in out of easily, it smelled of antifreeze, and it seemed to have issues shifting and the personnel did not seem to give a damn about my dilemma with the rail system going off the rails and that I still had another load to move and would not let me use another truck without paying for another rental fee. Corporate on the other hand was very understanding and did a outstanding job changing my attitude toward Uhaul

Austin CHard to find with limited signage to differentiate from apartment and other businesses. Lady did not seem to want to help load equipment into truck and was busy with her tenants in the apartment complex…. Just wasn't what I expected. Was kind enough just really an odd experience

Abraham HThe location is not even near where the key drop off is and there's no instruction on where the key drop box is. It's also in a sketchy part of town and looks like a facility that is about to be torn down.
Darryl RComputer crashed at site, so we have to leave and return. Blankets were not in trailer so I had to return. Finally, and most disappointing, Price was NOT what I had reserved. I had agreed to a lower price in order to return trailer to a location farther from my home ($50 reduction). PRice on computer was NOT adjusted, and agent could not adjust, even though there was a note in system for the reduction. This is a bait and switch by u-haul, VERY disappointing.

Emmanuella PThe truck was clean but there was a problem with the brakes and the engine was very hesitant to go. Order was supposed to be till Sunday but brought it back 2 days early and was still charged for 2 days. I only had it for one due to it not running right.
Lori JI did the rental and return all from my cell phone without ever speaking to anyone and without entering a U-Haul office. That was nice. Overall, the experience was good. The truck was clean and in good condition EXCEPT it was missing the driver's side wiper blade. That shouldn't have happened. Fortunately, I drove only a few miles and it only rained lightly for a short period of time but things could have been must worse if it had rained more. I got lucky.

Joseph YAgain with this location uhaul moved it further out of my way. If you give limited mileage there's no reason you should extend where the pick up and drop off locations are causing me to use extra mileage. It's inconsiderate.
Kathryn SMake sure the truck is actually empty, and that people follow the terms of service and fuel up the truck. Also make sure that people actually show up to the office on time, and don't try no line pick up. Mobile pickup wouldn't work at all, and even when I waited at the office for someone to show up and help, no one did, even though I was there for their posted hours.
Louise Huhaul site was confirmed down by phone staff well past my 7 AM reservation. finally got into site, truck had garbage all over the cabin but hidden from their photo. i did not have time to clean it. truck did not come with dolly i requested and paid for. site called me 4 hours i picked up, confused about whether my pickup occurred, asking if a “darlene” picked up the vehicle (?, no, i picked it up) - and asking me to provide them the trucks info. bad experience.

Junni SThe Endicott rep was terrific. However, the my pick up location was changed without notice to me from J & J on upper court st Binghamton to the Chenango st location. When I arrived to pick up my 26' truck, there was none available and although agent assisted in locating another vehicle, the delay and hassle and stress was exceedingly taxing especially when i had u haul packers coming and a long drive after that. This was NOT good!!!!!!!!!
EDWARD FI was charged a $20 after hours return fee that was never mentioned to me when I picked up the van. I had originally booked the van for 4 hours but returned it within about 2 hours. Not happy!

When I got to Endicott the lady I spoke with was so pleasant and explained everything perfectly. This was overvall one of the best experiences I've ever had dealing with any business. I wish I remembered thier names so I could give proper recognition to both.

JASON BI scheduled my reservation online for VEstal NY location. When I got there they did not have my order completed. They said "someone forgot to finalize it" luckily there was one available in a nearby town but it took me 60 extra minutes to get there and figure out the process of the remote key because I wasn't given directions to do so. I was expecting a discount for my efforts and that did not happen either. Very poor service.

I saw other U-Haul vehicles so I knew I was in the right place but the parking area was so far away from the drop box area, I ended up wandering around for 5-10 mins trying to figure out how to proceed. I think a little more info on what to expect before I got there would have been helpful. And, I think more visibility for the U-Haul drop box would have been beneficial as well.
barbara hDidn't have the equipment I reserved then tried to argue about the guarantee. Returned the truck on time at the location and got a call the next day while I was spending time with my family asking why I never returned the truck. I explained the truck was dropped off and again had to argue about the guarantee. The location and the people I had to deal with were a complete joke. I love uhaul and had never had a bad experience until this rental.
Edward BThe area around the trucks was filthy with broken bottles, papers, debris. The trucks also are far away from the lock boxes. My truck had NO dolly included, which was very disappointing and made my move 10x harder. When I called the get this remedied, the woman from customer service was INCREDIBLY snarky, called me names, mocked me, then transferred me to the closed location when I asked to speak to her supervisor. I will make sure to use a different company in the future. I am very upset with how I was treated.

Jack DMade this reservation several weeks out. Reserved blankets and dollys. Neither were there when I arrived. Had to drive to another location to get them. Truck was dirty inside. Key would not open the door. Once we got in I was told I needed to take the truck and call roadside assistance. First time I have ever had an issue. Will never use this location again.
Aaron KWhen I picked up the truck the cab looked like it hadent been cleaned in a while, the steering was extremely loose. Come to find out that I was driving around with a flat tire. Previous operator of truck must have pinched the tire on the side walk or something, big chunk taken out of it. Also when I tried to call to make claim all I got was put on hold or some one talking to me about a 100 dollar certificate. I called for roadside assistance. This crap is unacceptable. I will never go to Endicott again.
MICHAEL KFirst issue was that 20 foot truck could not be rented with almost a week notice. Rental was not confirmed and I was not contacted by a uhaul rep, I took it upon myself to call to verify and was told i would need to take a 26 foot vehicle at a different location. The next day I gett a call saying it would be at the Endicott location instead of Chenango Street i Binghamton and online pickup would be required. Online pickup took close to 30 minutes which was frustrating. Then it took 15 minutes to thaw out and nearly impossible to scrape windshield due to the massive size. The truck rode awful, bucking worse than a bronco bull so much for " rides like a van" only had a 1/4 of gas. Overall it was much bigger than i needed very expensive to gas then there was a horrendous 2 hour drive to Syracuse which couldn't end fast enough. All in all awful experience.

Ivy MI liked the self-service rental, but the check in/check out process was very long and tedious. It was freezing and snowing outside during our rental and it was very frustrating to have to stand in the cold to take a bunch of pictures and verify everything multiple times.

Mariena SThe return process was absolutely horrible, due to me doing it afterhours. The website was extremely buggy (the upgraded pictures would not attach) and slow to render on my phone, but thankfully my wife was with me so I could use hers. Hers was also buggy (location services were on, but the site could not pinpoint at first) and slow to render as well. A process that should have taken 5 minutes took about 20. To be honest between these bugs, being charged $20 if I don't use the buggy software, and a horribly rated app if I want to pick up afterhours, this is probably my last time renting with U-Haul.
