Have better parking available. Parking lot was very tight, and I had to park where the truck was parked and it took a small bit of time to get everything situated before I could leave.

Michael BThe return procedure was entirely ridiculous. It was explained that when dropping the key, we would scan a QR code, fill out a brief form and drop the key. When you scan the QR, it required you to download an app and setup an account, when there was already an account. Calling the U-Haul help number was useless, transferred to the return department where hold time said 40 minutes. Entirely unsatisfactory experience

Fred CMaybe, don't try to force your customers to purchase the insurance. And if your customers we able to make a reservation online, maybe the system is back up and running. If your customers are telling you they made a reservation maybe check the system instead of continuing your conversation and making the customer wait outside in the rain until you are ready to check.

Nazmy ZHaving to go online for after hours return was difficult to navigate. The having to take a photo of milage/fuel should be on the sign where the key turning is located. I put my key in the after hr box, before downloading your app. Thus I couldn't take a photo of the fuel or odometer. However, i put down extra miles and a bit of extra fuel. I contacted the merchant in the morning to explain. I trust I won't be charged the extra $20 in fees. Your instructions for after hour turn in should be clarified at the beginning!

Richard CWhen I took the truck to my destination, it was smoking really bad from under the hood and lost alot of oil. I found that someone didn't put the oil fill cap back on and the engine was slinging oil all over. I had to put 4 quarts of oil in and make a temporary cover for the oil cap..
Gary WThe instructions were to drop off my truck key and my written contract into the after hours drop box when I dropped off the rental truck late at night. This is the only difficulty as that was the only copy I had. I took a photo of the contract. But consider giving two copies of the contract in the future if after hours drop offs require a contract with the truck key.
