We were suppose to pickup in GA. When we arrived, the location was opening later than usual and we had to be re-routed to a nearby location. This location did not have the size we requested- they had a larger one! This drastically changed our moving budget due to the amount of gas it consumed (over $300 total). Once we drove the additional 60 miles there, we were unable to get our key out of the box. The issue supposedly was, I could not enter my name and phone number because it was already on file even though I was driving separate from my husband and his name and phone number was included as well as an alternative contact. So I added my mother as another point of contact which didn't work. Then I added my grandmother. By this time, I was speaking to a representative who told me to put a different person's name and number in as an alternative contact (should have been me the whole time) but the system would not allow me. She must not have been able to override the request because she continued to argue with me. Luckily, the manager on site connected with someone and verified we were able to get the key out of the box.

The actual site where I picked up and dropped off was fine. However.... I started this project at one location. Had reservations made. Only to be told a day or two before hand that the uhaul place had no vehicles matching my needs and moved me to another location. My information did not get sent properly and I was grossly overcharged on my rental. I might add that the "deposit " I made was never paid back. I love the good people at the location I used.... but I will tie a string around all future peices of furniture and drag it down main street by hand before I ever use this service again.
