Fuel level was not at level indicated on rental agreement. Truck needed air in rear tire. Attendant had left the office. i pulled around to where I know he'd be to mention the low tire and fuel level. Now in new location, fuel level was higher than indicated so he blew off my comment. Filled truck to original level at gas station and returned truck at 5p. Location was posted as open until 6p but attendant often leaves early and was no longer there. Emailed receipt shows fuel level lower than was supposed to be and ~$10 fuel charge. I didn't take a picture for proof. I rent often from UHaul but will not use this location any longer for this reason plus several other previous experiences. I'll use other locations slightly further away instead.

While the equipment was great and it worked well, I was dissatisfied with the fact that I was overcharged. I also wrote to the location to address the issue and I have yet to hear back. I am very disappointed with this service.

-Make sure truck is in good working order (ramp retraction issue, driver side mirror fell off truck (sooo dangerous!), couple of other small things broken in interior of cab -Make sure to tell clients that if they drop the truck off after hours, but within the rental period, that they will be charged $20. Despite me telling the admin person that I may drop it off that evening, they didn't mention the charge. I easily could have dropped it off in the morning and avoided the $20 charge. This is not good for customer loyalty as it's a hidden charge I wasn't expecting -Respond to client's phone messages and emails when they reach out to discuss the issues with their rental (I left two voicemails and sent a few emails. All ignored) -I need to rent a truck two more times this year and although the location is very convenient for me and I found the checkout process easy and efficient, the overall experience was negative

Previous experience with UHaul was very good which is why I chose to use you again. However, this time was a disaster. I booked through an agent, was sent a confirmation with a DIFFERENT time, called again and my slot was taken. Then, an hour before I was going to pick up my vehicle I received a notice that my pick-up location was changed to a location that was not close and was incredibly inconvenient. Toronto is a big city. The pick-up was on a Sunday. The UHaul 'trailer' location was in a shoddy location and the hours were listed as 10am-2pm. My pickup appt was for 2pm. When I arrived, no one was at the location and there was a note on the door that the staff was out for lunch! Two other customers were there for pick-ups for 1:30pm. How can the staff take a lunch break when they only work 4 hours in total and they have customer pick-ups through the day? By the time they processed the other people waiting for vehicles, I didn't leave the location until 2:35pm. Sadly, not a good experience.

I was hoping to get a quick explanation of how to operate the cargo van, but I didn't. I also didn't get a van with a rear view camera as expected.

There's nothing to improve. The man working at this location (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) was absolutely delightful. He had a sense of humor and worked really well under pressure (especially dealing with stressed-out clients!).

excellent service of the lord of the office, the truck was ready on time and apart I have a moving company and today thanks to this man I could do my job because a boy could not work and he gave me a friend's phone and he got The perfect job. Thank you very much.

The people were nice, but the truck had no gas and it smelled like they had load horses and kept them for days inside.

The distance is ok, my wife wanted me to pick up something she bought, but the charged fuel is not. I got it with 3/8 and returned it with between 3/8 and 1/4, but the consumption very far from 80 liters (33cad I was charged). I believe the system wrongly considered I got it with full tank, it was not the case. Also considering the 18 miles distance, 29km, the consumption would maximum be around 5 liters, meaning maximum 6$ not 33$. I also put some 5$ by myself, this is why fuel meter is almost the same as I picked up. Hope to be corrected and a new invoice with correct fuel is created and the difference refunded.

Online registration Mobile device use ... utterly useless. None of the 3 vehicles offered were in the lot. Entered my driver's license twice...and still had to give to the counter person. Everything about the online aspect was terrible. Thank god for the customer service agent at the desk...she was fantastic.

The photos of the truck were not the same as the truck I rented. There was no issues, but it would be better if they updated the photos.

I was supposed to pick up the car at 8am using the web interface as the location did not open until 9am. I drove to the site, logged in, and tried to pick up the truck but all I received was an error telling me I now had to wait until 9am when the location opened. That put us an hour behind on our moving day. I called the customer service line where a rude employee picked up the phone, heard my concern, put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up. Overall a terrible experience and will not be booking uhaul again.
