I would strongly suggest that a friend use U-Haul, but go to the Murray location and complete all transactions at that location. They were awesome, and had all the supplies I needed. Now if you only need to pick up a trailer and have no need for boxes, blankets or other packing product emission time does a great service. They helped me load it up onto the ball and insured I knew how to hook it up properly. But I also had a need for boxes and other packing supplies, and they just offer the trailer and hook up.

The reason why I rated this poor because the person that was trying to hook the trailer up to my truck, seem not to know what he was doing. The guy couldn't even lift the trailer on to my truck. I had to put the trailer on to my 2 inch ball because he couldn't do it. He hook the chins up but never screwed the trailer down on to my 2 inch ball on the hitch. If I hadn't checked the trailer on the ball I would have lost this trailer and cost a wreck. If I new I was going to have to do most of the work I would have just paid myself to do the work. I will not be back to this location. I have never been to a place where a grown ass man couldn't lift the trailer on to a truck.

Maybe just let customers know that you'll get a text to review the rental before you leave. I didn't notice it until I got home. Not a big deal as it was in good shape but it would have been good to do prior to getting home

The guy was super nice at Emission Time. My only complaint is that I was able to pick a time online to pick up the truck but when I arrived they didn't open until later. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes.

Guy who checked me in was an asshole.Didn't have a mask on and didn't socially distance from me. Was also rude about having to grab a broom so I could quickly sweep out the truck and threatened to charge me $35 for no reason. Won't be using Uhaul again and neither will my company.

Every vehicle you rent should have cruise control. It was an unpleasant surprise to get in a truck for a cross country trip w/o cruise. The truck was clean and ran great, but the lack of cruise made the trip that much longer. It is 2020 after all and cruise is not new.

Make a note to customers that the mirrors may need to be pulled in to avoid hitting the trucks next to them because the trucks were parked VERY close together. If my husband hadn't folded them in before pulling out, it would have hit.

The truck shook at higher speeds. Also pretty much every car has a backup camera. How does a truck this size not have one? U-Haul needs to improve it's technology

It was my first time renting a uhaul online and the process was unclear when I made the reservation. After I got to the location, I THEN was told I needed 2 contacts that the company had to call, or a passport or work number. And the 2 contacts had to answer and verify me. I was lucky I had 2 people available, I didn't have my passport with me, and it was a Sunday so my work was closed. This process should be CLEAR when signing up for mobile pickup. I probably will not use mobile pick up again.

The Uhaul Employee I worked with to rent the vehicle was very rude. He wouldn't really talk to me so I just kinda had to guess what he wanted me to do. I didn't have any time look around at my Uhaul vehicle to check out the condition before driving off because the employee starting honking at me to signal that he wanted me to leave.

I was charged extra for gas after the truck was returned. I have before and after photos of both milage and fuel level.

The trick was filthy! There was trash in the cab, dirt, leaves, and a spilled drink. This was definitely not cleaned prior to my use- and with the whole pandemic going on, I'm in fear of potentially receiving Covid From the previous driver!!! The box of the truck was dirty as well- I had to sweep it out myself before loading my personal belongings in there. Overall- cleaning the truck myself prior to loading added an extra hour on to my move. Lastly, when I dropped the truck off, the staff came out to “inspect the vehicle” and didn't say two words to me- no customer service whatsoever. So I'm standing around wondering if I need to sign anything if we are going to walk the truck etc and instead he just says “you can go”. On a positive note, I returned the truck in better condition and with more fuel than I received it with and the billing was correct and there were no surprise charges on my bill. So at least the administrative side did something well.

The first employee I asked about the drop off process to told me I could just go online. Didn't seem to want to deal with helping me know where to go (the office) to feel more comfortable with the return process vs returning online. I realize online is the norm now, but I had questions When the gentleman came out to do the check in, he asked me to back it up. There was not much room in the parking lot and I asked him politely if he could back it up? as I didn't feel comfortable doing so (I didn't even back the unit up at all on my trip) He seemed to think it was no big deal and I told him I didn't want to do any damage. The parking lot was unorganized and somewhat crammed The fact that I was on hold at one point during my rental time for over an hour (couldn't do online bc I had an unusual situation) just added to the frustration

Estimating 15/16 of fuel on a scale marked in quarters is not very accurate. It was 15/16 after topping up tank but nearer 7/8 after I got to drop off location only 4 miles away! Very good service provided at pick up, did nor use blankets/trolley.

Great service. Friendly staff. It was difficult for me to find the entrance to the location. The only entrance had a sign posted for returning equipment. I didn't enter there thinking it was just for returning equipment. I circled the block in order to access the site. Other than that, the rental experience was top notch. Thank you

U=haul called me the day before my reservation to change my pick up locations and confirmed my truck would be ready at 10 am. When I arrived to the location the truck was not available. After waiting 30 minutes the truck was returned and given to me with no cleaning. A soda had been spilled and the interior was sticky and huge wads of hair were all over the cab.

Just a small thing. For dropping off equipment when you're using the online webpage, once you have completed returning a piece of equipment, make an option like "do you have additional equipment to return?". That way you don't have to click back through everything or have to search for the right page again. Not a big deal, but it would be an easy fix.

I was charged extra for gas, saying that I had not filled up when I had. I left the vehicle overnight there, as it was past closing time. I contacted uhaul, as I had filled up the vehicle prior to leaving it, after I had found out I was charged. No one got back to me and it has been a month. This will impact who I choose for my next moving vehicle. As far as improvement goes, I would be honest when the car is left overnight.
