Uhaul as a company needs to work on your online and before hours check in. I have used Uhaul several times and will continue to use you. The last 2 times I tried the before hours checkin and it didn’t work. Nothing received from Uhaul providing access to lock box for the keys. Had to wait around until they opened wasting 1-1/2 hours of my time

MARCUS KARELSRented uhaul, was told there was 1/4 of a tank. There was just under 1/4 of a tank. Wouldn't mind that, but when we returned it at the same level they called us the next day and said it was not at 1/4 tank. I usually love smaller places like this for renting but this was not cool.
Mythias LightfeatherThe clerk did not check her math before she called me and turned an $800 bill into $4,000. She could have checked for an error before calling. I knew this was incorrect because I knew what my charges should be and asked to speak to a supervisor at her location. She was the supervisor for the day so she called a supervisor with uhaul company and he called me with the correct amount. Uhaul cimpany has an excellent support team!!!
CATHERINE FYREThe communications between Ely Feed and Seed need to be improved. At the last minute we received a call from UHaul that the trailer we had reserved was not available. We were told we would have to drive approximately 70 miles to pick up the same one so we rented a different model. There were additional glitches along the way. The whole rental was made unnecessarily complicated.

BRENDA DEREMEROn the uhaul website it allow me to choose a Sunday pick up even though they are closed. Not until the day before did uhaul call me to tell me the location was closed and my choice was to either pick the trailer up on Saturday before 4pm or drive 65 miles to the nearest location to pick up on Sunday morning. Keep your website/reservations site up to date. This is the 2nd time I’ve rent from uhaul and had to change MY plans to accommodate what uhaul said as available but wasn’t.
