Truck was parked parallel to busy highway on slippery, wet grass and took ten+ minutes to extract from deep ruts. Had to back 29' truck 100' down hill to reach some concrete where it could get some traction. Also, the location made me wait 1 hour to pick up truck in person vs. the online way I signed up for. Only when arriving at 8am wasI informed by the app that I had to wait until 9 am.David S.

Have more small trailer inventory. It was difficult to find a small trailer. I finally found this one at Elvis Auto Sales. Also many of the U-Haul distributors in my area have limited hours of operation making it very difficult to do business.Clay T.
