I did not request blankets and I was charged for them even so I told the associate I did not request them to please remove . I added 10 dólares of gasoline for a 4 miles ride and still got charged again I had to wait for the associate to attend all customers that came after me before processing my rental
Lourded VDid not help at all, told us to leave when we tried dropping off UHaul. LEFT when we got there, so no help at all.

ANWAR Kwhen I was returning my uhaul at 2:50pm the attendant told me her shift was ending and that she would check out my uhaul in the morning and could send me a confirmation email the next day. I told her I wasn't comfortable leaving the Uhaul without it being properly inspected and leaving with a receipt. She seemed very agitated and told me I would have to wait while she started up a laptop.
HEATHER NGas tank was empty I would supply a full tank and expect it to be returned with a full tank !!
Steven KI will never use your company again. I was told one thing when I picked up the vehicle and you charged me all these additional charges. I think you should have employees that know what they’re talking about. This is totally bull and I’ll never use you again
