Poor location. Was sent there 10 miles further away as reserved truck not available at the location I requested.

This was not my first choice address, but it was the only location that they were able to locate the 15' trailer that I needed. I had set it up for a one way to drop off in Southaven, MS, but the location was adamant about wanting the truck back because it is their only one. I pushed to keep it as is, but they insisted it would save me money to bring it back to him. It did not save me any money after the miles and it took up 40 extra minutes of my day to return it back to him. The trailer also did not have the dolly I requested, but I was able to borrow one from outside of U-Haul. Sam at this location was nice enough, but it ended up being an inconvenient experience for me this time.

My pick up location was changed from Germantown TN to a location in South Memphis off Winchester Road. I agreed to this location thinking was was going to the U Haul store off Winchester. That is not where I was sent . I was sent to a cheap used car lot in the ghetto of Memphis behind razor barbwire. The office was a moldy single wide trailer with water leaking from ceiling and it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. When I entered the office the two gentlemen where smoking in the back room. My paperwork and trailer were not ready. He took several other phone calls while trying to fill out my paper work and he was trying to conduct other business instead of completing my transaction. I am very very disappointed. It took over 45 minutes to pick up my trailer on a reservation that had already been confirmed and I was the only customer at this location. Nothing at all for elite auto in memphis tn the uhaul guy at the drop location was so helpful and even gave me a ride to the airport to pick my car. Which was 5 five miles away from the drop off location. THANKS ELITE AUTO AT 3815 WINCHESTER RD. MEMPHIS TN
