Our total experience was horrible but not with this location. We made our reservation 2 weeks in advance and knew the pick up location might change. We did not expect to be given 3 different locations in 3 different cities. The day before we were to pick up the trailer, we received a call telling us our 3rd pick up location which was 30 miles one way from our house and we had to return it to that location. Very frustrating experience.

Very limited personnel and restricted hours. Company is a auto repair shop with possibly a side business in towing. Owner is friendly and helpful, but not consistently available. I spent hours at this location trying to return a trailer. The plastic release lever on the trailer coupler snapped off and Roadside Assistance could not provide timely assistance. Fortunately another U-Haul rep stopped by to pick up a trailer and was able to help me.

There was only one person there, the owner, and he was wonderful! Great customer service! Went out to look at the trailer and came back in telling me it was already unhooked and would just print up my paperwork and was ready to go. This is my fourth or fifth time using this location and they are always amazing!
