They were quick, efficient and very nice. * I got a phone call from U-Haul to drop off the trailer and El Centro and I would get a $50 credit. I’m having a hard time getting my credit and the trailer was returned to El Centro . It was not return to this location.

No one was there at 11:45 am when I arrived to drop off a trailer, there was a sign on the door ( out to lunch from 12:00-2:00) I called the phone number there a couple of times with no answer… called tje U Haul office and they told me just leave the trailer there after sn hour of waiting.

The GPS directions were not accurate for this site. It was very difficult to find.

equipment received was in very dirty condition , I have to clean it myself, even do I ask the guy who rent me the equipment if he is going to turn in in a clean condition to me, he said yes but never happens

We were scheduled to pick up the truck at 12:00 but the office was closed from 12:00 - 1:00 and the truck was dirty. Also the photos on the check in were different than the truck. They did not include the scrapes and dents from previous use so we had to take pictures of the entire truck and upload.

Check engine light was on almost the whole trip, then it was my understanding that I was to bring the uhaul back Sunday before end of day (that’s when I needed it till) that’s what it has always been, and I get a call saying they are charging me an additional $100. I have spent thousands of dollars using your equipment just this year, not counting the previous years before, and never had an issue until now. Very Unsatisfied!

Truck was weak in the drive with load. Every time we came to hills or slowing down, it was very slow to pick up speed again. Truck had no power.

Uhaul didn't have available equipment I reserved 48 prior and had to drive 1hr to go pick up a smaller trailer than we needed. Then uhaul guy didn't speak English nor was he there when we arrived.

the office was difficult to find, had to goto nearby house to get someone to come to office. the truck was dirty, and badly dented.
