Charged for 4 gallon of fuel for just 12 miles, even though I filled the gas and returned the vehicle with full gas tank. Have to call customer service and logged the dispute.

Hayden RI would give this UHAUL location 100 stars if I could. Long story short, the truck we reserved through Budget fell through on our moving day because their inventory isn't remotely accurate. We were hours behind. We were paying for childcare and didn't even have a truck. I came to this UHAUL location and the employee was so kind and helpful. He was sympathetic to our situation and it was obvious that he was working quickly to get us what we needed ASAP. I think the entire process took less than 10 minutes and we drove away in the exact truck we needed. I was incredibly grateful. We also extended our rental which was so easy to do. We had also left our own personal dolly in the truck when we returned it and they held on to it for us for multiple days before we could come get it. 10/10 customer service, 10/10 reliability. Overall, an excellent location!!

The driver’s side tire was low, so I had to put air in it. The truck”s transmission was messed up. The engine would race often, causing more gas to be burned.

Pam MI reserved a 9' cargo van online for $19.95 per day. NO WHERE was the description that i would be charged mileage fees. Not on the order confirmation, not verbally upon pickup, and not on the receipt information. I was charged $.79 per mile on top of my rental rate of $19.95. Total charge was $72.88 but it's not about the money, but about the deceptive practice. Be clear to your customers on all applicable charges. I will NEVER use UHAUL again and will shop for other options.

Brandon JWhen I picked up the trailer, I did not notice that one of tires was blown out. I started driving home and I noticed that the tire was bulging and flapping out. I parked in front of my house and called uHaul roadside assistance. I feel very lucky that I saw this issue because although the tire wasn't flat, it was missing about half of the tread and was bare all the way to the tube and it was highly likely this could have caused an accident if I had driven this trailer with this tire onto the interstate. uHaul Roadside assistance came about 45 minutes after my phone call and replaced the tire. My son and I lost about 3 hours of my day due to this issue. uHaul told me to contact the store owner for a refund. The store owner did not issue me a refund and told me to call uHaul for the refund. It was only $29 for the rental, but uHaul had told me I would at a minimum get a refund.

ROGER MAccurate info when renting equipment like mileage, and condition of equipment when receiving it! It said that the mileage was at 901 but it was actually at 910.. just a minor discrepancy that’s all other than that it was clean and the equipment functionality was great.. I’m going to be going back to that place again soon
