LAURIE KI had to book a truck in the neighbouring town because apparently the location down the road from where I live didn’t have any trucks available, despite several trucks sitting in their parking lot at all times. This added about 75 KMs to the mileage and increased the cost and time. That was disappointing but the location I did have to use was great.

MARK LTammy at Aspdin Rd location in Huntsville is the reason I rented from there. She is professional extremely knowledgeable, personable and kind. Most people at UHaul dealership shrug their shoulders and tell you to check the app. Not Tammy she calls in person to explain everything and walk you through it. Her customer service is highly commendable and outshines any other dealership Plus we loved the van!

It was a quick, efficient and personable check-in, the 15-ft truck was in fine shape, and what can often be a harrowing and stressful experience was anything but that. kaylyn bThe problem is not the location of pick up and drop off, its the people controlling the prices behind the scenes at head off, or call centers, where ever!!! 1. Head office policy MUST INCLUDE NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMERS THEIR CHARGE MAY BE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER nearly doubled upon arrival. 2. NOTIFY CUSTOMERS CLEARLY WHAT RATES AND DAYS WILL RESULT IN THE RIDUCULOUS CHARGES. When the customer walk through the door to pick up the keys, the call center or head office, or scheduler or person who charges the rates and prices should ask the customer their approximate distance, give them a price and STICK TO the price. DO NOT DARE PASS THE BLAME OF TO THE GUY OR LADY HANDING OUT, OR COLLECTING THE KEYS. I WOULD BE REGRETFUL IF I DID NOT SAY THANK YOU TO THE PERSON AT HEAD OFFICE OR CONTROL WHO LOOKED INTO OUR SITUATION TO RESOLVE IT.

Daniel LIt was difficult to find the U-Haul location. We drove first to Raymond then to Bracebridge, then to Huntsville. Most are just drop offs. I had to stop in Huntsville to ask directions. A waste of my time.

DENNIS HRented the truck for 24 hours was told I could not return it after 8 pm as their yard is closed 8 pm to 8 am I had to find an alternate person to help me take the truck back it was not convenient at all driving to Huntsville instead of having a local vehicle was already ridiculous … most of ky km were picking the vehicle up and dropping it off

Lana KWe had to trailer a 6x12 enclosed unit to Newmarket and back. We had a 2019 and Sants fe. Everything went well and the trailer was super clean with new tires. If you rent a 6X12, be sure you are aware of side sway. Allow extra time for your travels and read all the online Uhaul advice about how to drive when you experience side to side motion....do not brake! Edwards are an excellent and reliable Uhaul franchise. I've used them before and never been disappointed.
Guy NAlthough clean and generally maintained the trailer had faulty wiring which at night could have caused an accident as it could not be seen. It is hard to detect faulty wiring when one does the overall inspection prior to loading up and leaving as the lights may work when doing the inspection and after leaving the U-haul site they don't. This problem is (in my opinion) no fault of the U-haul agent unless they were told about it before by the previous renter and did nothing to repair it.
