Gary BOnly issue I had was I went to return it after hours, and didn't know I could get into the locked lot. And didn't know they had a box for returned keys But customer service was great
Micheal KThe person assisting us was very helpful, however due to connectivity issues, it took quite a while and there were errors with our reservation. It was corrected, but still could be something to improve upon.

paul hIt took a long time to check out when I went to pick up the dolly because of problems the cashier was having with your website.
Joyce SCross train everyone at this location to use and understand the Uhaul rental software system. There seems to always be a glitch in the software.

Phyllis HChecking the truck out, and checking it back in is a real hassle! The truck was fine, the dealer was great, but the policies of u-haul are a real pain. You just keep improving things worse and worse.
ROBERT CThe cashier was rude and the paper work was not ready. I had to wait even though I had checked in online! I spent the same amount of time even as I have without checking in online!!!!. SLOW!!! I will NOT be back to this location!!!!
Daniel WMaybe not a reflection on this location, but I got overcharged, and when I submitted a claim to get a refund for what I was overcharged, the ASM, Larry Kempke, was very rude, unhelpful, and borderline insulting. He immediately started our conversation with an aggressive tone and rhetoric. The most helpful thing he did was give me his supervisor's number, who actually took care of me.

kyle wOverall I was very pleased with the truck but the drivers door had a bad rattling sound to it. Very nice staff, pulled the truck out for me instead of leaving it for me to do.
Cindy MI arrived to pick-up the vehicle. There were 3 staff at the store. Of the three, no one knew how to issue the rental vehicle to me. They told be to come back later when another clerk was back in the store. I came back 30-40 minutes later and was able to have the vehicle issued to me. In my opinion, more than one person should know how to sign out a vehicle. I was on a rather tight schedule and having to leave and come back for 1 clerk, when there were other clerks available, is frustrating.
frank cFor some reason it took a long time to go through the paperwork to check out the trailer. It seemed like the poor clerk was practically running the whole hardware store, answering the phone, taking care of other customers and gradually getting us taken care of. She was pleasant, but it took a long time.
Roshana AWhile I do understand that this location is a satellite office, having to wait 20 minutes to be helped because an employee is not onsite, then having a non-working computer, and, finally, not charging the credit card that was presented for payment but using the card from the reservation instead all added up to a frustrating experience.

Kenny Wupdate the hours for the UHaul locations. I had a "CONFIRMED" reservation for a location other than this one and found out when I got there that the location closed 3.5 hours before. I had to drive an extra 45 miles (one way) back the way I came to get a trailer.

PAT Sthey did not do the walk around exam with the truck, nor did they check the engine fluids. For a first time renter i was unaware that this was suppose to be done.

Chris RTraining in the computer system as the clerk that checked my reservation called haul customer service twice.
SAPPHIRA CWe had to drive 60 miles out of our way to get this truck when we could have gotten it less than a mile from our house. Also had to pick up equipment from a north location of town. The person at Edina said, "they do not pay us enough to drive the trucks to locations that far." This caused a great deal of added stress and caused us to have to leave later than we wanted. How is that making, "moving easier"?
