The gentleman at the counter….possibly the owner is my favorite person! We had a couple laughs and got our way through the process. I would only rent from him in the future because he was so nice and made me feel wanted which is so rare these days.

My sister Lisa rinker got a U-Haul from the nickel Avenue location at the end of May to move and only cost her 2999+99 cents per mile. When I rented mine last week, I was charged $61 and something and I was charged $.99 a mile, I only drove 4 miles and that's how much I had to pay any U-Haul and yes, I ran into small dolly along with the U-Haul. That's pretty expensive to me.

I would call this part of the rental a non applicable situation. It was a weekend drop off with zero reception for our cell phone. I was not able to checkout via my phone.

I had just installed my tow bar and forgotten to put in a fuse in for the trailer lights to work the guy there was very patient while I installed the fuse he checked everything was working and I was good to go.Great service super nice guy he fully explained everything as I had never towed before.

The gas tank wasn't even halfway full when I picked it up and they charged me extra money when I returned it with the exact same number of gallons in it. Other than that they are a great place for your moving trucks.
