ETHAN CWhen I picked up the truck, it had rocks and dirt in the back trailer. U-Haul representative was great, courteous, and professional. The cost was slightly overpriced; however, I like dealing with U-Haul for my truck rental needs.

Daryl HMy reservation was for a ford however I received an old GMC with extensive body damage. i left a voicemail at pick up as the office was closed. I attempted to contact the office multiple times to explain I was running late however no return calls. When I arrived to return the truck, the guy was on the phone having a conversation. Did not greet me but gestured for me to hand him the keys and said he I would receive an email with the charges. He continued his conversation in the phone without missing a beat. I will not recommend or use this location again.
RaShaunda BThe U-Haul app is completely useless when it comes to checking out truck & drop off, I had to use the web to complete the pick up and drop off process.

RACHEL AIt took almost 45 minutes to get the car with the mobile app. There was no Wi-Fi available.. since it was Sunday there weren't any employees around so it was very difficult to get someone on the phone and they couldn't help me.

Ann EI thought there was a no smoking policy for uhauls. I guess I was wrong. It reeked like an ash tray. If our other reservation hadn't been abruptly canceled I would have turned the keys back in. We had to use it. Our clothes even were foul smelling afterwards. The staff at the establishment were professional and efficient.

Billie DProvide more help on the weekends. When we arrived there was an older gentleman going between the Uhaul and economy storage. He was trying his best to assist but as a result of Uhaul not being his primary, we lost 30 mins of our reservation and felt slightly rushed to get the truck back in time.

BRADLEY SI've never received such thorough, pleasant, above and beyond service at a Uhaul until meeting Mr. Robert Cator. His walk-through of the vehicle left no surprises and made it a very pleasant experience driving such a huge, really new pickup truck in rainy weather. Also, he gave me the benefit of his managerial experience by confirming my insurance choice. Yes, I wanted it, but had failed to check the box online. What a save!!! Also, he educated me about a fridge laid flat needing at least 24 hrs upright before plug in. He didn't have to tell me that, but he did anyway. He probably saved my sister's new fridge and my day overall. Lastly, he's genuinely a really nice gentleman! Who knew a Uhaul experience could be this great?!?! Thank you, Robert, for such a great day! You helped me be successful helping my sister's family and I am so grateful! We will definitely acquire your services again. Much appreciated!!!

James JThe equipment was decent and got the job done; however the office was dirty and smelled horrid. The staff also was not very personable and was a bit difficult to work with. I chose this location since it was close to my home, but would probably go to another location in the future.
Staci WHow about the guy running the place speaks clear English, has teeth in his mouth or at least something fake, speaks somewhat intelligently, doesn't charge you 2 full days for bringing it back past 6 hours after rental. But yet cleared me a full day for 6 hours. Has a clear open door way and not sand bag blocking entry to step over, and guy working doesn't park his 1985 Buick car that's been in a derby. No paint right by the main entryway. Rude rude rude. Terrible representation of uhaul. I rent alot of uhauls doing clean outs fir banks, my guys do so not always showing under my name, and bank foreclosures are back to picking up again, but I think I'll look into alternatives. This was terrible
Timothy NHad a 9:30 in person pick up after talking to the agent in the facility and he said that he would be there at 9:30 no one showed up at all till 10 am then I had to figure out how to do a self check out was not comfortable with it.

Nanette MThe manager was not very forthcoming with information concerning the additional purchase of insurance. He had to prepare my paper twice because I requested that my copy of the paperwork show I had purchased insurance. The office located at 3325 Leonardtown Road was very dirty, the furniture as well. Mold from flooding was very prevalent along the base of the floors. I would NOT recommend the location to anyone.
Rachel MDon't tell me to pick up the truck at 8 am when the location doesn't open until 9:30 am. I needed it for 8 hours and only got 6 hours when all was said and done. Overall not super happy with the whole ordeal and will probably look elsewhere in the future. $200 and I didn't even get the allotted time I was charged for.

Jorge AI tired to call. I was charged $20 extra dollars for an after hours fee when the guy told me the store closed at 6pm my rental time was until 6:30pm and get the truck back before morning which I got it back well before then. I want my money back
