The actual in-person staff are wonderful, but the app needs some work to be customer friendly. Also, Google maps has this location incorrect when driving to it and the uhaul mapping also doesn't seem to work here either and it was closed at arrival. It was easy to drop off following the basic uhaul instructions but the location w/photo links wasn't working. I did have to call the following day to confirm the truck was received due to location issue (it sent me to the same business but slightly farther down the road). Customer service and staff were all very helpful and kind to work with and got it resolved really quickly.

Clinton FMy issue was the truck gas tank was completely empty. Luckily I had my credit card with me to get gas which happen to be close by. Also I was told by the agent there that since it was empty if I returned it with a 1/4 of a tank I would be reimbursed like $45. I have not seen this credit back. I would like a response on this. My drop off location said it should have been returned on the front end in Livingston location.

Kevin VHe was rude and didn't credit us for the extra gas but he charged us for mileage. We did not go anywhere else and yet we went over on mileage? I think someone needs to be retrained. He was just sitting there not doing nothing and acted like it was such a hassle just to check us in. He didn't have a name tag and he did not offer his name. Worse experience ever. Unacceptable!

Joel CThe leasing agent lied to us about the rate and dropping the unit off at a different location. We were told that we would pay for only one day rental and when we dropped the unit off 10 hours later we were informed that we had to pay the full three day rental. I will be giving U-Haul and very poor review on the internet.

DIANA DMy complaint is the road in off the street was horrible for an RV....giant pot holes and the poor thing got tossed around really could use some grading at the least. The lady there was great though.

Sandra BThe location was supposedly open at the time I returned, but there was a sign on the door saying they were temporarily away. Again, this was not the location I was supposed to drop according to my reservation. I was supposed to drop at 10890 US Hwy 190 E, Point Blank, TX, but when I got there, they said they were no longer affiliated with U-Haul, so again, I had to drive out of my way to return the truck. U-Haul needs to get their system organized.
KYLE WThe lady who takes care of Uhaul here is great, went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I was prepared for my journey from Texas to Maine. Had to modify reservation which entailed a lot more than just modification, and the rep at this location, along with the regional rep, worked through my situation and helped tremendously. Highly recommend this site specifically to anyone in that area.
Jeffrey D3 different locations with all the same name in Livingston Tx. I was scheduled for 8am and was there the people where not. They didn't open till 9 am. Then Wanted to Charge ME extra days rent because I WAS LATE. They where the ones late. They Need to have a better drop off site because GPS brings you to 1 of 3 with same name. Good luck trying to pick the right one. I WILL not be returning to the location and almost Will not use U-haul again. Me not using them won't do anything but I hope they see this review
JOHN SFill up the gas tank PRIOR to customer picking up so that they don't have to do it as soon as they leave the lot. Keep better track of where truck is rented from so that it's at the proper lot NOT down the highway thus making customer wait.

You have no idea where or what trucks are available. when I know SEVERAL are available your online and phone in tells me none is available in size wanted absolutely worthless!
