The process of turning it in was simple. The location was also open until 9:00 pm. Very helpful having those hours in which to turn it back in!!!

Michael S.The location was changed from the location that I worked with for the reservation. This location did not open until 8:00 AM. The guy that loaded my vehicle onto the car carrier charged me $20.00 cash. The car carrier had low pressure in one of the tires. I filled the tire 3 times the next day, called the service number and 2 tires were replaced on the road. That evening I noticed that the strapping on both front tires was off of the tire. The next morning I reattached both straps and they were fine for the remaining 1000 miles of the trip. Also, the starter was touchy. At least 12 times, the starter did not turn over the motor. I had to rekey 2 to 4 times before the starter would crank the motor.

william H.There was a Winnebago (or similar) parked in the lot I left the truck at, with a bunch of strange and offensive stuff written on homemade signs around it. It looked like it had been there a while - a hose was hooked up to it and there was some junk around it. Given recent events with nutcases shooting people for being in the wrong driveway, I was a bit nervous.

Robert J.I arrived at my pickup location to find they did not have a truck for me. I called U-Haul and was sent to another dealer 20 miles away. They did not have a truck either. Then I was sent to another dealer at a ghetto gas station. Truck was loud and and shook over 30 miles an hour. This delayed my moving and the help I paid. Oh and because the last dealer was farther I had to pay for 40 extra miles. So U-Haul mess up cost me money.

Robert M.I reserved a 26ft box truck and an auto transport trailer. The auto transport was fine, all lights worked, and the functionality of the transport was as expected. The biggest problem I have is that my rental for the truck was not only moved from the Gainesville, Fl 8th Ave and Main St location as originally scheduled on Friday, but when I spoke with the agent at the second location on Friday, he did not tell me there was a chance my truck rental would not be available Saturday morning at 8am as I had scheduled. So when I arrived this left me in quite a pickle which delayed my moving times and added mileage to my trips as well. This inconvenience also required me to return the truck at 8:44 pm the same day and rushed my plans whereas if I could have been able to drop off both units at the same location I would have been able to do so Sunday morning as intended. Granted the agent was able to assist me in finding the truck I reserved, however, I feel that someone should have made me aware that this was going to be a potential issue on Friday. I also don't feel that I should be billed for the additional mileage incurred on the truck as well.

Had to go into the store to ask someone to move their car. This location appears to have plenty of space behind the convenient store but needs organization and a dedicated staff.

Ronald M.i just wanted to say, my original pick up location was somewhere else in Gainesville. The day before my pick up, i recieved a text message to pick up my rental an hour away from where i reserved it. I panicked and cancelled my reservation. We called the gentleman at this location IN Gainesville. He took care of everything. got me all stratight and was SUPER helpful. I will always go back to him, and not another location in Gainesville.

Very helpful, kind, and he always goes out of his way to make sure I have everything I need for my move. I truly can't thank him enough.
Keli W.I was charged an extra 15+ dollars for miles overage, when I had over a half a tank more than what was put in the tank. I don't think I'll rent from U-Haul again way too expensive and just nickel and diming.
