Amy rented me the car and checked me in on return day 5. She was very professional, polite and helpful. She made the entire experience as pleasant and easy as possible. I would highly recommend this UHaul locaton. The cargo van was spotlessly clean, comfortable and flawless. I used it for a 1,300 mile trip.

Ensure the trucks and trailers are swept out and clean. The trailer I rented was not swept out so I had to clean up someone else's mess. Nit happy at all.

It was mandatory to return the fuel to a specific measure. After calculating the miles used, I refueled the tank. After observation, the needle barely moved. I was forced to continue putting fuel to make the needle move. It was incremental. I gave up fueling after I felt it was far too much. Started driving, then all of a sudden a few blocks down, the needle spiked to nearly full tank. Strategic programming, if you ask me.

Didn't have what I reserved; roof leaked on trailer causing damage to the contents; I was issued a $50 refund when I got the unit and then denied that credit. Worst experience I've ever had with your company and likely not to use your company again, even if the competition is slightly more expensive. Overall, awful.

The location was great, and was able to drop the trailer in their field without issue. Without a smartphone to process a return after business hours, good luck. Had to wait until the next day when I arrived home and used my computer to notify the business the trailer was returned. Business hours only until 1pm on Sunday. Website wouldn't allow me to select another location for the return.

Although the location was good and equipment was fine, the charge for the mileage is ridiculous. A last minute issue made it necessary to rent a truck limiting our ability to shop price. I would think for local use some mileage would be included in the cost of the rental, like the 1st 50 miles free. The mileage charge makes the overall cost. GREATLY OVER-PRICED.

App would not let me do a contact less checking of equipment. Would let me take a picture but would not upload it. What the point of an app self checking if it don't work. Then to have a location that closes their uhaul day at 3:30.pm trailers where old beat up but functional.

Service was awesome, we had a Budget Truck rental that broke down and Budget was not able to get a replacement truck of any type after being stranded for two nights in a hotel. UHaul stepped in and saved the day. We were able to rent what we needed and offload into the Uhaul and be on our way in less than an hour!

Hours of operation were not listed for drop off. Attempted to call several times with no message or anything about hours of operations. Finally went inside the hotel and they took a note saying it had been dropped off and time it had been. Found out place closed at 3 or something like that. Could be set up better with directions on how do go about it or something.

The lady didn't even give me any paperwork and didn't tell me where to drop it off at when I was done. Where I returned it the guy was itrated at me cause I brought it to him. He said he was charging kingland ga 80 dollars. I better not get charged. Lady was lazy at her job and didn't give me no paperwork or tell me nothing. Just took pic of how I hooked it up.

Horrible experience, dead bird in back of truck filthy dirty in cab and back had to clean the truck before using. Also they didn't hook up the auto transport to truck handed me a paper circled the number of auto transport I was to hook and I had no idea how to hook it the rackets were stuck and hard to use. Also the towing info was incorrect on my paperwork they gave me. I want a call back to speak about this mess from the area manager. I am highly disgusted with this treatment and nastiness.

The 4x8 trailer had mold in the ceiling, had not been cleaned after last use. Returned unit the same evening and girl at front desk did not check it in. Would have been charged a second day had we not gone by the place and got it straightened out. Please check your unit good, before you rent.

These Roads in my area are rocky& very bumpy So trying to pick up free furniture for a senior in need.you can't drive speed limit you have to drive slow .so items with glass doesn't break.then Charged on credit card more money when in town bad road conditions.so I called the hotel said I was needing til 1:00.and front desk lady said it would be fine to come in at 1.that I call uhaul customer service &had 60 mins wait time so I hung..very disappointed & ripped off my money.I was told I was gonna be charged another $100 almost.and fill truck back up.disappointed.

When returning our rental, it was at a local Econo Lodge. The person inside was an employee of Econo Lodge only and said there were no Uhaul employees there on the weekends. Told us to take a picture of the gas gage and mileage. She would not address the 2 dollys we were rented but never given. Will never use Uhaul again.

The staff here were well mannered, but I feel they did not have the experience to understand what a person needs. 1. Time is valuable. I was already on a compressed schedule with my move when I arrived. I rented my truck on the 7th and clearly told them I would be leaving on the 10th for a 3200 mile trip. I was issued a 2007 in town rental for a cross country journey. I spent almost 4 hours recording the damages to the truck before I left the lot, and when asked to switch trucks because the cab smelled heavy of cigarettes and smoke (plus I didn't want the truck) I was given a deodorizer spray and asked to use it. I spent valuable time protecting my self from a poor investment in this rental truck when I could have been packing my house. 2. Right equipment for the job. Issuing the correct equipment for the job is important. I wasted 3 days during my travels due to the 2007 Uhaul I was given. The older model was not fit for cross country travel which I wasn't able to realize till it was packed and I was 200 miles down the road. Additionally, later I found that this was supposed to be a in town rental only and not a cross country one way rental. So the staff either did not read the contract info, listen to my needs, or they did not know enough to properly issue the correct truck. 3. Vehicle maintenance. I can tell that the maintenance was limited to "check in the box" it's done. The Uhual showed various signs on the exterior such as impact damage, stripping ect... which indicated it was hard to drive. The 2007 Uhaul had the following problems: - Hard Pull to the right - Small Dead zone in steering - Engine was consuming oil - Loss of engine power randomly going up minor hills - Turning right was slow to respond compared to left. - Required constant Left counter steering to go straight. When you combine several of those problems with highway driving you set your self up for some dangerous situations. In the 2 days I drove the Uhaul I was pushed off the road by passing Semi trucks due to aerodynamic force and because I could counter steering with all the problems during certain road situations. Almost all of the issues with this truck could have been easily identified by doing a short test drive of the vehicle when the maintenance was performed. Summary. This was a complex series of failures that were all avoidable. Ultimately the vehicle failed during the road trip and I was stuck 2 days trying to switch to a new vehicle. I was provided a new truck and auto transport which worked perfectly. The car transport I was originally issued had faulty wiring which caused the left light to stop working.
