Mark RThe location itself is good. Easy access and the employees were friendly. The problem came in with the cleanliness of the trailer. Obviously it wasn't inspected when it was dropped off there because when we got it home and opened the doors it smelled like someone had lived in it and smoked the whole time. It wasn't just a little smoke but would almost knock you down from the odor. We had to buy cleaning supplies and clean it top to bottom and air it out for a whole day before it could even be loaded. When I called to complain the girl just said call UHaul. Pretty sure UHaul can't stop homeless people from staying in their trailers but they could have at least refunded my cleaning costs and apologized for the bad experience.
Sherry JTwo minor issues.....1. Found floor in front of middle seat sticky with what looked like a soda spill and a top wrapper from a pringles chip can. 2. When started engine fuel gauge showed full, however I was able in add 3 gallons to the tank while in pick up position. When I turned in vehicle I filled tank to full up to the input cap, and the fuel gauge showed past the full position. The checkout procedure was smooth and professional. Turn in was, just leave the key and you will be notified of your bill the following day. (Need better attention to what constitutes a full tank of gas.) The following renter got the advantage of my extra gas.

Scott BThe woman who checked me in was not pleasant and rude. Very curt and unfriendly. When making the reservation, I was told there would be someone there to hook up my car dolly. The woman just handed me written instructions on how to do it and said there would be no help there. I’m a 61 year old woman, I don’t know how to hook up a car dolly. I had to grab a couple of friends to come and help me.

Gary CIf I didn’t see the trucks in the yard, I would’ve thought it was an abandoned bldg. Although the personnel was 15 minutes late, he was very pleasant. If this is a busy location, you need more than one person to help with the customers. Overall the checkin/checkout process was pretty smooth.
Jacqueline WI had to load the equipment into the truck. The “check engine” warning and other warning lights were on. The AC worked intermittently.
Mark WWith all of the UHaul locations available in Camden County, this is always my first choice! I have used this location many times and I always recommend this location to friends and family. Check-in is always pleasant, great location for pick up and drop off, and the trucks have always been clean!
Jennifer GThe trailer was full of yard debris from the previous renter. This is the second I’ve rented this particular trailer in the last few weeks and I pumped up the rear passenger tire and when I went to get it today I asked if they had an air compressor to pump it up and they said no or that I could leave it even though I really was on a time crunch I had to go pay to pump up the tire and I feel like all locations should offer that service if the tires are low.

Richard BTrailer License Plate expired 3 2023. Not clear who registers license plates for u haul but I will pay attention to plate expiration date if I rent again.
