The dolly provided should have been retired many years ago and wrote this up initially when first renting truck. Adding an additional driver via the U-Haul app did not work and had to use other means to validate the driver. Should not have been charged for the dolly as the wheels were worn to the point of eaten away by age.
Michael L.We initially signed up for the mobile pickup option at another location. They key was not left in the lockbox for the van. The lady we called immediately found us a nearby location (Econo Lodge Conway, SC) and reserved that truck there for us, transferring our order right over. Very professional!
Jason D.This place was horrible the truck was not ready they guy handed us the key and said I think it is that truck right there pointing in a straight direction then he said drive to the front of the building and you will see the car Dolly once you have it hooked up drive back around and I will take a picture thank goodness I had my brother I know being a woman I have not ever did anything like this then one of the lights are out he took so much of my time cause he did not know what he was doing I would never recommend this place to anyone ever the truck was dirty

Philip A.I returned the truck on Tuesday 5/3/2022 at 1pm. Truck was due on 5/4/2022 at 7am. Was told by the General Manager that he was completing someone else return that I could wait or that he could email and text me my return confirmation. I opted to leave and have information sent to me. As of 7pm on 5/3/2022 I still had not received an email or text that my return was complete. So I used the link in a text message that I rec'd the day of p/u. Did a chat with Jeremy and Jeremy told me return was not completed as of 7:39pm. Jeremy suggested that I return or call location that the truck was returned too. I did so the next day 5/4/2022 at 8:45. Explained situation to gentleman that answered phone, he told me that GM is the only person that handles Uhaul returns and he would pass on my information. I rec'd no phone call from the GM explaining the delay in returning my truck but I did get an email confirmation with a zero balance. How can you improve: 1. do your job 2. complete uhaul returns within 30 minutes 3. follow up when you say you are going to follow up. 4. if you can't offer better service at that location then pull uhaul out of there. Its your reputation. Not Budget Inn.
Mike P.Not clear where to park the truck, and there was no drop box. I had to be on the phone (chat was useless) for 30 minutes trying to figure out what to do with the key. Then I went to the motel office - with 1-800 help on the line. There was no drop box and the staff would not even look at me.
William B.Location is just a motel and you check in your truck at the lobby of the hotel. Staff was very helpful and allowed me to leave the truck and they parked it for me.

TRENT S.No one was there to help until an hr later. Took almost an hr and half to get the uhaul. And when looking for a close drop off location to me in greenville sc the CS agent sent me to a place 30 minutes away instead of the closest place that is 2 minutes from me making me spend another $30 to make sure the gas tank was full. The drop off location agent that helped me was amazing. I would not suggest anyone to go to the eco lodge location to pick up as it was a horrible experience.
ANTHONY H.I reserved my truck at the closest location near me .last minute it was changed to another location that was not so near ...they kept changing it on me the size truck was then not in stock .then it wasn't returned.that man was very nasty at the furniture store .told me he would call me back .then finally the next person that I talked to helped me out .got me to a closer place to pick up the truck .didn't have my size that I wanted , but they did give me a free upgrade to the next size truck .drop off was easy enough online .
Kathleen V.I did the check in on my phone so it could be quick. I found up waiting over 45 minutes. Definitely would not go here or recommend this place. As the lady told me she would adjust our bill because of the wait, still have not received an adjustment. I've rented numerous uhaul trucks and this was one of the worst experiences.
