Photos showing the truck with the correct license plate had no tagging on the front and back, yet the truck we were given did have tagging/graffiti. I quickly contacted the local phone number of this location, but no one answered back to back calls. I then called the 800 number and explained the contradictory information. She said I should take photos and send them to her and she'd change the information. I feared being charged for the tagging. All this took time and angst instead of being able to pack and store our items.Robert L.

The lock was extremely difficult to open. I was able to unlock it once and it took about an hour. I could not unlock it upon returning the vehicle after almost an hour of trying. It caused minor cuts and scrapes on my hand. The checkin process was extremely annoying. I had to wake up my Mother and Sister to get them to be phone references.Steven S.

I was given the truck almost Empty. I was told if I return it Back with at least 1 quarter of gas I would get 18$ back! I have a picture of the mileage & Gas tank left Proving there Lied! I was Also charged 14$ for coverage I had DENIED Am owed 30$? Horrible experienceEladio M.

This location was easy to find and was right off the freeway which is a plus. Customer service was amazing. I had no issue picking up or dropping off the rental truck, as I said before they are right off the freeway. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends, and will definitely be a returning customer.CESAR G.

Really fast in and out. The truck is still very new with about 5000 miles on it. It was a 10 ft truck and has all the necessary basic electrical requirements for your phone.Anthony L.

WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT VERY ORGANIZED MAKING DIFFICULT PICK UP 3 LOCATIONS FOR RESERVATIONS. PLUS SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT DID NOT RESERVE MY TRAILER ORIGINAL LOCATION. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND U-HAUL FOR ANY BODY.Michael A.
