Location had massive potholes that I worried would damage even an SUV. The building reeked off cigarettes and God knows what else. They were so behind that I was told to leave the rental, otherwise it would be hours before they got to me. Employee was nice enough.THOMASPATRICK K.

No help or customer service. The place is full of holes and nasty. When we backed in to a spot and was ready to unhook, the lady at the desk watching a TV screen said have whoever to park the trailer at another spot. That spot was a small area that made no sense and was full of mud. Here we were getting in and out of a mud hole to park the trailer where they want it. I will NOT drop off there again!LINDA C.

I left items in the glove box, I understand that it is policy for the truck to be inspected and disinfected by a uhaul representative upon return. I'd like the items back.. please keep in mind it is the right thing to do.Amanda R.
My review is based on a night time pick up experience. This location is not safe for a night time pick up! There is absolutely no lighting at this location...Zero. It was treacherous walking thru the gravel parking lot, that had lots of puddles and potholes to the van and to the building to the lock box for the key...a liability nightmare. The floors of the van were dirty, no doubt due to the dirt and mud from customers/employees having to walk thru the lot.Allen M.

The truck size wasn't available mins before me move. The dolly was not available it took an hour and 18 minutes with corporate on the phone and still didn't get anywhere until 3 calls later. Never again will I use uhaul.Valantha W.

There was a chicken nugget in the glovebox. Also a cigarette butt in the door handle. It looked like someone wiped their boogers on the steering wheel.Jeremy V.
The first trailer I was assigned had damage to the door that was not noticeable. When trying to open the door it was very difficult to lift the latch. When it finally was free the door flew back and it my chin causing my phone to fly out of my hand, which caused a crack on the screen. My chin was bruised but no serious injury. On suggestion of the gentleman assisting the hook up I was issued another trailer. This trailer seemed find as it was clear weather at the time. However, when we had the trailer loaded and preceded to the new location the weather changed. Raining hard we hurried to get things unloaded for a return trip. It was upon opening the door we had water pour out. Some of my stuff was wet. After unloading we decided we needed to wait until the rain stopped to continue. This happens twice causing a good deal of lost time. Upon returning the trailer I told the representative what had happened. She say I could turn the trailer in later so that we could finish my move. I told her this trailer needs some attention, however if the weather had been better, we would not have noticed it. She told me to report it and I tried to call but with a long wait to get through, I could not wait. I needed to finish the move while the weather was better and I had help. I do not feel I should have to pay for the approved delayed drop off. I am a return customer and like U-Haul, but this was not a good experience.Karen W.

Clean up the mess in the office! It looks like a trailer that was picked up from a trailer park and dropped of by a tornado. The is sign by the receptionist window saying: â€œPardon the mess, we are remodeling.â€ That sign has been there for almost a year! Give me a break. It's a towing yard. Their location isn't on maps and won't allow you to check in or out the U-Haul electronically. They service employees are part of the towing company, and have the personality of such. Not helpful, and even with no one else in the lobby said â€œwe will get to your checkout laterâ€. I wouldn't leave until it was checked out, and it took over an hour....there was nobody else in the lobby. Shady place. Would not go there alone.Ricky S.

I love how you charged me for everything on my pre paid debt card to the tune of 113 dollars when I was only suppose to pay for 19.95 for truck 14.00 for safe drive and 20 miles so a total of 70 bucks after tax not happy at all I'll use ryder next time at this rate.William M.
the only situation is that when I got there she was checking the truck from its return. Then she gave the truck to me I did not see her spray down the truck cab with a disinfectant. Made me nervous but I needed the truck and I sprayed it down once I got to my location for COVID-19 disinfection. Everyone was wonderful with the process of finding me a truck on very short notice. There could be a designated area for customer parking. My rental experience was great. Most of the campus is gravel. There should be a designated parking area instead of whatever is available on the lot.Anthony M.

Well despite me being a regular customer and mentioning it upon rental that I would be going 90 miles or so, I was given the worst truck in there fleet. Apparently this is common in there field, they will assign you a clunker because your going out of town or driving for a longer distance, and they assign there better trucks to local moves and shorter distances. Totally unacceptable U-Haul , very bad follow through ðŸ˜žTremaine A.

I made reservation from uhaul site to pickup from this location for one way rent to drop on another location as I am moving to new city. This location didn't accept the online reservation for one way rental. The office operator said we only have local rentals today or you have to wait 2 days before we can get a truck for one way. So I ended up with new reservation for renting a local truck with per mileage price additional to daily rent. I was moving to a city 60 miles away and I was forced to rerun the truck to the same location which is 1. Was much much work and driving for me while I am busy with moving. I ended up renting extra day as I didn't have time to return the truck and I ended up paying It's for Mileage as I had to return the truck to Thai same locationFahed S.

No one- employees or customers- was taking any COVID-19 related precautions. No masks worn by employees, no signage regarding use of masks or social distancing although required by county law. Observed multiple customers standing in close proximity to each other in very small, unventilated reception area and walk in and out without wearing masks or any form of social distancing. Employees smoking in office/reception area when equipment was returned. Vehicle smelled horrible on inside and had not been cleaned inside or out. Felt very unsafe and unclean.Elizabeth J.

This was a small business,not a true dedicated U-Haul. It was convenient to my location but not very inviting. It served my purpose for after hours drop but I would not have done the initial rental from there. Seemed too out of sorts.TRACY D F.
