Lynda MUpon arriving to the place, it was just a large open field with a few trailers. It took a minute to figure out what I should do, so I called the number that was posted at the gate. A gentleman answered and said he saw me from a distance and then told me to just drop it off and he’ll check me in later. I took another picture just encase. The following day I received a 21.50 charge from uhaul. I called the gentlemen back and he said because he checked me in, the system charged me the money.

Jose DRodney did a great job communicating with us before and after renting. Pick up and drop off were simple and quick. He even had equipment on hand for purchase when we forgot our lighting cap.

Brandye CI had a great experience! Had to move last minute and I’m extremely great full this location was open and had a truck in short notice. The owner is wonderful and was so helpful and walked me through everything. Even through my moving crisis, helped tremendously. I would highly recommend and will definitely use this location again.

MICHELLE CUnfortunately there isn't anything this site can do to improve because all the issues I encountered were from Big U-Haul. The manager was solid, guided me to my truck over the phone using the cameras. I had no concern leaving my POV at the site. He was restricted by U-Haul's systems and couldn't change the truck size at the time of pick-up. I had to deal with big U-Haul and their ridiculous process. If you need a truck in the middle of the night, this place works. But make sure to give yourself an extra HOUR to deal with U-Haul's verification your a human and still alive.
