The uhaul was not connected properly. Should have been switched so to sit higher. When loaded we dragged and scraped bottom on the hitch. Had to go to another uhaul location to correct the problem. Not good. Was told it was dangerous and illegal the way we were at up.Mary P.

we decided to end our trip early due to rain. we checked the website and saw that the office was open til 5. we arrived at 4:15 and the office was closed. we used the drop box for the key, but the vehicle was marked as returned on Monday instead of Sunday. not sure how much we might have saved, but it was disappointing.Scott M.

Store was not open even though it indicated it was open on Saturday's. Uhaul communication was terrible. Took over an hour for a couple of customer service staff to assist me in securing truck. Definitely need email prompts at 24 hours before and again at 1 hour before rental - clear, step by step process for getting key if store is not open. Very frustrating. More frustrated at Uhaul than I am at Eastown. I think Eastown has a good business (but please take down sign that says open on Saturday's)Terry J.
