Fleet of trucks need to be better maintained. Brakes on the truck that I used were squealing and the transmission was lumbering at lower speeds with difficulty shifting into the higher gears. The equipment was clean, but the truck needed to have been serviced for brake and automatic transmissions tune up.LAURA W.

Nothing! Reserving the truck online was incredibly easy. I was nervous that I hadn't called to confirm the day before that there would be a truck available, as that's happened before to me; but someone came right out when I got there to greet me and the truck was waiting. The actual drop off location was not well marked at all. I only knew where to park because of the other trucks that were there. If they weren't, I wouldn't have had a clue. The inside where the drop box was however was very clearly marked and very clean.Daniel T.

The vehicle was clean but not maintained. When I picked up the vehicle it was covered in snow and the windshield wipers were frozen to the windshield. I didn't mind cleaning it off I just would've liked to of known I would've needed the tools to do so.Jessica F.

When I picked up the truck, I had some issues getting the key via the online pickup system. Maybe more clarity on that process ahead of time. The truck had nearly an empty tank when I picked it up. But when I made it known that it he tank was empty and I filled it, the location immediately gave me a refund and were excellent. The customer service from the locations staff totally turned my opinion of the location around. Well done! I will gladly use you again now knowing how the online pick up system works!Sam M.

There was combination lock on the door different from the keyed one hanging there. If I had not spotted it before I left the lot and got to the load site I would have wasted a lot of time and mileage. Thankfully, the office person was able to remove it so no harm was done.JAMES P.

Have after hours receptionist know details about returning a vehicle at that time. Was not made aware of a drop box, therefore, had to return vehicle at another time. Inconvenient, when it could have been avoided.Michelle R.

I can not describe how easy this was. The pickup was easy, the technology (texting me) worked well, the store person called me to see if there was a problem or if I needed directions. (I was a little late)MICHAEL JOSEPH M.
It was hell to get a truck. I ended up loosing so much moving time and I was late to pick up an item. I personally feel I should have been reimbursed for the truck. I was paying people to help me move and lost over an hour of that time yet still had to pay.Alia G.

The touchless mobile pickup experience was clearly not thought through. It was not touchless at all. We had to go into the store lobby and the keys were not even in the lockbox. They were behind the counter. The entire process of taking a picture could have been done ahead of time. Will not recommend this.James G.
