Returning the trailer after hours was painful. It took 45 minutes and a least a dozen attempts to get it completed. Even the chat online was not helpful, which recommended down loading the app. Every time it tried to find my location it would give me 3 choices a 100 miles away. Finally i log on and reset my password it finally found my location.Mike R.

This is the 7th time I've used Uhaul and usually have to air the tires up (around 10 lbs usually). All 4 tires were right on the money (65 lbs ). Well done.Keith J.

The vehicle after driving for a while (about 10 miles) gave a momentary indication of service air bag. This got worse as we progressed on our trip. I did not feel unsafe driving the vehicle but it would be nice for the next customer. I would say the problem is not in the clockspring or Squibb connection....this seems like an wire that is breaking. This wouldn't have been detected during inspection.George B.

Oh how I longed to write this revue, although I doubt that any of the people at U-Haul will care. Last Wednesday, 4-28-2021, I rented a U-Haul trailer in Bandera, TX. At the time I told the U-Haul man in Bandera that I was going to round-trip the trailer to Missouri and then back to Bandera. I loaded the trailer on Wednesday evening and headed to Missouri Thursday morning. On my way to Missouri people called and told me that not all of the items I was planning to haul back to Texas would be ready. At 9:00 am I tried to call U-Haul to get permission to drop the trailer in Missouri instead of round tripping. I was on hold for 45 minutes an NO ONE ever answered the phone. I hung up. About 15 minutes later I tried again. I was on hold for 20 minutes when I finally got to talk to a living, breathing person. She said that she could help me, but somehow during the conversation I got thrown back into the loop where I was on hold again. About 15 minutes later I got to talk to a living, breathing person again. He said there was no way he could help me and I would need to call another number. I called the number he gave me and after another 15 minutes on hold I got the original location I had just talked to AGAIN. I had to call the number again and after another 15 minutes on hold I FINALLY got permission to drop the trailer at a location on south Campbell in Springfield, Missouri. Now, U-Haul had charged my debit card $292.22 for the trailer for eight days. After getting permission, FROM U-Haul to drop the trailer early, I expected a refund. AND BOY did I get one. U-Haul returned to my bank account $0.15 cents. Let me say that again, 15 cents. If all you are going to give me is 15 cents, don't waist your time and mine. SO yesterday, 5-5-2021, I get back on the phone to U-Haul. After another 20 minutes on hold I talk to a living, breathing person who basically says, not my problem, call this number. I CALL THAT NUMBER and after 20 minutes on hold I get a person who says, can't help you, call this number. I call the next number and after another 15 minutes on hold I FINALLY talk to a supervisor who, after getting permission from his supervisor, is willing to give me a decent refund. You want to know about my experience with U-Haul? It has been hell and it will be a COLD day in hell when I do business with you again. Put that in your pipe and smoke it!!!!ELMER M.

Well when I pick up my U-Haul I was told that when I came to turn in uhaul I would be paid back my deposit as soon as I dropped it off. well I can hate I was lied to bout my inform. after I drop my U-Haul off that my check will be mailed to me that's not what I agreed upon you guys basically lied to me and I'm not very happy I will not be using U-Haul again... I will go back to continuing using budget because at least they keep their wordAntonia F.

The Easley's are great people! Before they were U-Haul dealers, they let a friend, who is a State Trooper, sell his RV on their business property. I saw the RV and thought to get it for my Autistic son. In fact, we did purchase the RV, and I am writing to you now while sitting at it's kitchen table! The Easley's were just as kind then with my son and this RV and their State Trooper friend as they were with my U-Haul experience! They are wonderful people!Jeffrey L.

The appliance cart I rented would not tighten up as the ratchet was missing. The trailer back latch was bent and had a heck of a time getting it opened and closed. The bolt that slips thru the hole was all bent up and so was the hole it goes thru was not aligned. We had to borrow a hammer to get it opened and closed. Other than that the trailer was fine. We had a franchise thru United Van lines long ago so I know what I was talking about. The guy who checked me out was very friendly and think was unaware these things were broke.susan G.
