I have never been in a vehicle so dirty. The amount of grime on the steering wheel, dashboard, floor, everywhere, was absolutely disgusting. Office was very nice and helpful.

Make sure the maintenance on vehicles are maintained. The experience was frustrating and overwhelming due to a bad battery and alternator on the truck. We started moving at 10 am and didnt finish until 2 am. Someone came to bring a battery which we waited 3 hours for and then Boom the battery died again in less than 30 minutes. We waited another hour for assistance and the Uhaul had to be towed to our new location so we can unload our things. I had to take off work to make sure the Uhaul get towed.(The lady at the front desk was very nice and yes I would reccomend a friend). I dont blame anyone I guess it was just one of those days.

My brake chain wasn't connected, I haul for a living, so it's not a big deal I know what to fix. But guys, double check things.

The van reeked of body odor. I kept my face mask on and rolled down the window to keep from gagging. The seats were covered in pet hair and the floor had not been swept in an extended period of time. If I had not been in a time crunch I would have refused to get in it. Instead of me paying U Haul, U Haul should have paid me. I used the van to pick up a chestier had just purchased. Honestly, I was embarrassed when the guys were loading it for me. There's no way I would rent from this place again and I would have second thoughts about even going to U Haul.

The truck was dirty when it was picked up and they charged me for cleaning upon return. They charged me for pads and a dolly that I never requested. Overall it was much more expensive than what I was quoted and we would never rent here again.

They charged me for fuel after I left. The truck had 5/16 of a tank of fuel(same as pick up). I fueled it just before I returned it. I am not happy about that. I need to be refunded $6.60. Call me with questions F. O'Connor (410) 456-7513

Drop off location was very confusing because they informed me that they only repair u hauls at that location and do not rent them out or accept returns. I was also informed that all rentals should be returned to a different location which is near the 5 Jacksonville St location.

Woman was extremely rude. Acted as if we were inconveniencing her by picking up the keys to the truck. We had already checked in online and done all that all we needed was the keys and she was so rude. Very unorganized had no idea what she was doing

Website was a bit wonky. It kept saying I didn't have a reservation so I'd have to exit out and refresh and it would pop up. Great experience overall and great truck.

when the Uhaul person took the trailer off our car, he dented and scratched our car! The owner came out and sent us over to Auto Dentz and paid to have the scratch and dent removed, its not 100% but it was the best they could do. Spent an 1.5 hrs sitting around waiting for it be done, we got lucky the Auto Dentz place could fit us in since we live out of town. All in all a hassle to say the least.

Didn't take time to locate closest location to return vehicle. I tried to give the address, they said I could turn it in anywhere. After leaving Earl's, I got an email with a return location much further away. I returned it to the closest location. I was not able to do an on line return. UHaul representative very friendly and helpful. I also rented moving pads. Was told they come in a package of 5. Found out later there were supposed to be 6 per package. The 5 I received were no packaged, but loose in back of truck. Felt that I had been given false information on truck return location, and shorted on moving pads.

When I got to Earl's my nerves were shot. Earl could not have been more helpful or gracious. "Don't worry dear, we'll take care of everything. Just pull the truck down a bit and we'll unhitch it for you. You go in the office. Tell my wife to get you a nice cold glass of fresh made lemonade." The lemonade aside, Earl did what he's paid to do as a posed to the rotten Catonsville man.

Make sure Truck is Clean and does not reek of cigarette smoke.would love to see a cleaner truck, this makes the second time I was sent to this particular place I do not like the emphasis of bringing back truck with gas which is a NO BRAINER, you could at least give a clean truck emphasize on that. a

I Suggest another location to anybody that has a pick up or drop off here. The lack of professionalism and communication between management and staff is atrocious!!! 2 or 3 days before pickup we were called that we had to pick up at a different location than when we booked but was told from uHaul on the phone we could still drop off at original location. Day of pickup at new location lady at the desk said we can drop off at original location but owner said we had to take truck back to new location. Before we left lady at desk confirmed we can drop off at original location. We get a call the next day (our rental was one day rental) from original location that we had to move it back to where we picked it up from. Very aggravating that we were told twice we could drop off at a certain location but the day after we rented we had to go back out, pick it up, and take it back to where we picked it up from.

Should send them a a bigger key return drop box. The new Bulky Dodge Key‘s wouldn't fit in Uhaul key drop, causing a slight problem. other wise than that good interaction. Earls never disappoints.
