I ordered a 20 foot truck. My 24/7 reservation said one was available. I didn't get a call from U-Haul the day before so I stopped by the pickup location and rep said no 20 foot truck was available so got 26 foot truck same price. But had to drive over 300 miles and obviously used more gas and harder to maneuver in town. But can't blame pickup location only uhaul's logistics as a 20 foot truck was located 45 minutes away and I was told I had to go get it.

I was told, park there or here, unhook it yourself as he walked away,,I will not go back to this location. ACtUALLY this exact same thing happened on the last trailer I rented and returned to Eureka Springs, AR. UHAUL has a problem in this area. San Antonio and Cibolo and Scott City are much better run.

Everything was great, however it rained on us prior to unloading the truck and discovered that the cab leaks but the handle on the driver's side and somewhere over the upper level deck in the cargo area. Our stuff was not damage but wanted to make you aware for the next person.

Person debited my credit card account for additional days two days after I dropped the trailer off at their location. We turned it in two days prior to drop off date. I called U-Haul number when we dropped it off. Good thing I have an alert for expenses that are charged to my credit card. I called U-Haul immediately and they said they would credit my account. Thank you for doing that.

I picked up before they were open. I was having trouble with the phone checkout. I called customer service. The girl didn't know what she was doing. She ended up with the driver as the purchaser,not me. She said she was going to get help from someone and ended up transferring me to someone who knew nothing about what was going on and expected me to start from the beginning again. VERY POOR SERVICE AND EXASPERATING.

Don't advertise that vehicles can be picked up early. Arrived at 830 per my agreement and "truck wasn't equipped" for self pick up however no one let me know. Had moving crew standing around for over an hour waiting on business owner to arrive. Also, app did not work, got double charge for rental. Good idea, bad product. Then, yesterday, two days after rental, I received four reservation confirmation emails from Uhaul for reservations I did not make??? Go back to basics....

Had to wait forever. Uhual person didn't seem to know what they were doing. Messed up my dl number and I was there over a hr after I had already reserved it. Poor customer service. Carried no cash on hand so he wanted me to wait while he ran to the store and got my change of 2.00. Redicoulus. Absurd. Horrible

I retuned the truck with the proper amount of gas yet they decided (after I left) to charge me an additional $10.50 for gas. Be careful to make them complete the checkin before you leave so you won't get this surprise.
