Van was pretty dusty and grim-y inside. Location was good spot; the business was not able to help with issues with getting into vehicle as there wasn't a uhaul rep on site on the weekends

The truck we were scheduled to have was double booked for the first half hour of our time sbut. The proprietor contacted the first guest and had them return the truck. Unfortunately, it didn't have much gas inbut he was very pleasant.

I called a week before to book a truck for 1pm on the Saturday and got confirmation of it by email and text. Saturday morning I called again to reconfirm pick up at 1pm at the Derry / Dixie location. It was confirmed. When we went, there was no vehicle available. We were told many people made booking for same time and similar truck. Had to wait till 3pm to go to Steeles location to collect a smaller van to use. Was very disappointed and will not recommend. Other person went to collect vehicle and when he collected they never told him to refill gas which was just about a quarter only. They never gave any documents to confirm mileage at start and person didn't even observe. So we had no way of verifying mileage charged. Unprofessional service.

It was excellent 5 star assistance from this location. Mr Davinder helped me for booking and completing each an everything through online. He explained all things very nicely. UHaul must recognize this person positively.
