Robert RNot location fault but Uhaul in general gave me the worst experience ever. Will never use them again. I reserved a trailer and dolly and was sent to location. Not correct trailer and no dolly then got charged almost double

Rebecca WI was rushed to get there to pick up the truck only to have to wait 40 minutes for them to get it ready for me. Then they were gone when I got there to drop it off, 4 minutes late due to a traffic tie-up, with no phone call to ask if I was coming with truck, so had to call U-Haul to find out what to do. I was instructed to rake pics of the truck, odometer, returned moving blankets rented, etc. and leave my paperwork and truck key in the lockbox by a very nice, sympathetic and helpful U-Haul rep.They store staff we're out of office for the next 4 days which caused my credit card to be charged over and over again for days that I did not have the truck "returned" because they didn't close my rental out until they returned to the store 4 days later. When I called to get a refund, I was told, very unapologetically, that I had to call U-Haul because they are the ones charging me because he just closed my ticket out not him. Very Unprofessional and caused caos for me due to unauthorized and unexpected charges to my bank account.
Patti MDriver's Seat provides phenomenal customer service. They contacted the rented out trailer to see what time they would arrive to provide me a better pick up time estimate. They also contacted me for early return to help facilitate drop off. Driver's seat also has incredible car accessories in the store for purchase. Great experience!
