Please ensure that the vehicle is in proper mechanical order before leasing to customers. I had a 1600 mile trip paying $400+ per day for ta vehicle that is constantly pulling to the right. And with an auto-transport this is even more stressful! not to mention that my left elbow is now inflamed from consistent pressure over 1600 miles. support wasn't able to help and instead provided another number for me to call. I signed up for counter pickup, but no was there. I followed the 24/7 pickup and the key I got out of the lock box was to a different truck then I was assigned. When the website showed the wrong mileage, I tried to change it and was not allowed. After being "disconnected" from your 800 number, luckily someone showed up and fixed the problem. This delayed me for over an hour. I feel I should receive some money back for my inconvenience.Bryan H.

The self check in process feels a little difficult to see/read on a phone. It would have been beneficial to have all of that other stuff taken care of in the initial setup and the Check in a little more streamlined.Evan M.

There wasn't necessarily any problem with the pick up location, but doing the mobile check in took forever. We were never told in advance what we needed to bring in order to check in (a number of a third person who was willing to be called at 8am on a Sunda? or a passport?) and also it took a really long time for an agent to respond in the chat, so we had no idea if we were actually in the process of being approved. We even called UHaul trying to get help, but after ages on hold no one ever answered.Justin B.

This was anything BUT convenient. not only did i have to pick up and drop off the truck at the same place (because they had limited vehicles) but i passed right by it the first time because there were no signs and its a LITERALL SHACK not a uhaul store. my SELF-check out rental ended up needed help by the staff (thank goodness someone was there) because the key was not located in the right dropbox they assigned me and the truck they assigned me was parked in by another truck. This experience added more stress to my move than anything and i would not use this location or recommend this location to anyone.Elizabeth H.

On my summary on my account on the Uhaul website it says the charge is 19.99 plus .39 per mile. So when I figure up the cost it is a lot less. But when I'm actually charged it states 89 for the rental plus 100 miles included. That is $30 more than what my contract states. I feel like I should only have to pay what my contract states because that is the amount I agreed to when I picked up the truck.james B.

I used the Haul App and it was painful to get through the process. I am not technology challenged and this app was pitiful. Also, I ordered moving blankets and they were not in the vehicle. No one was around and the app does not give you an opportunity to challenge. You need to go back to work on developing a more user friendly version of your app.Gary W.

The digital signing process is onerous and could use some design help. The two-factor authentication may be more secure, but it is not easy to navigate between email and the application.JOHN T.

We had dropped the U-haul off before our time was up but I didn't get the link for the digital check-in till an hour after we'd already dropped it off so I was unable to do it because I didn't have the information it was asking for. I was worried that we would be over-charged but when i received the final bill it was correct. I am very happy with the experience at this location.Ashley P.

Purchased 1 full day and needed to extend a few hours. No big deal. Extended until 8PM but was running 15 minutes behind so I called the number provided to let them know. Monique answered and was very sweet and said not to worry, just bring it back by that night and I wouldn't be charged. She also said not to worry about the check out, that she would handle the check in the following morning and to place keys in the Dropbox. Unfortunately that didn't happen as I was charged over $200.Morgan F.

When I dropped off the van, at around 830, there was a black gentleman helping us park. (I didn't catch his name). After I had gotten home, he called me asking where the keys were. I told him I put them in the orange box in the front, to which he replied "are you sure you didn't park the van and drive off with the keys? I know you white boys do that, you fucking cowards." This is absolutely no way to talk to a customer.Alex W.

The people running this location were apparently on vacation during the week I dropped off the truck. Apparently the call center was not aware of this because the person I spoke with at the call center sent me to this location. So I simply dropped the truck key in the box and left the truck there. That same person at the call center apparently did not note our conversation in my account because later that evening I called the call center again to make sure someone knew I dropped off the truck and the person I spoke with this time had no record of my previous call or that the drop off location had been changed. She also told me that she could not set the location where I left the truck as the drop off location. All she could do was enter some notes saying what happened. So I have spent several days now wondering if I was going to find extra charges on my credit card because U-Haul did not know when and where I dropped of the truck. I see on this review page that the drop off location address is the place I left it so hopefully that means things have been straightened out.Dana R.
