I was very satisfied. Drew Buick is a nice, friendly place, the gentleman took care of our moving needs. He was kind and corteous.

While our 26’ truck was new and clean and ran well, the transport trailer had bald tires. We had a blow out on the trip. Two trailer tires were replaced but the repair person said the other two should have been replaced also.

The service was very good. I can't say the same about the communication with uhaul company. About 45-30 prior to picking up the vehicle I called and confirmed pick up I was told by the dealer that I was down graded to a smaller truck by the compny. It would have been nice to have uhaul rep call me prior to finding out this information from the gentleman at drew automotive. Would I use uhaul again yes, would I get one from my local dealer vs reserving it on line yes. These people are in the moving business they should understand how much of a stressful time it is. Suggestion for the company have better communication with the customers and to compensate them if they are down graded from what was requested and more than 50 and free miles.

It had over 180,000 miles. No power slowed down to 40 going up hill. Very rough ride. NEWER VEHICLE

We didn't really like the kind of van we got this time. We had to lay the queen mattress down instead of standing it up in this one. but overall an excellent experience. We always go here when we have to move our daughter to/from college.

We were told as long as back on Sunday some time would not be charged extra day was anyway. Put gas back where it was and was still charged a fuel fee eventhough I took pic of gas gauge when we left it. Vehicle was brought back cleaner then we left with it. As far as maintenance lights did not all work. I have sent alot of people to this location but will not be sending any more customer service was poor was charged 150 more then was told it would be.

I had an accident with your trailer. The hitch was constantly coming loose during the five days I had it. On my last day bring the trailer back it came unhitched from my vehicle and hit a pole and was damaged. I told Richard about the incident. I have been towing trailers from Ga to NY for 8 yrs now and this has never happened. I gave him my ins co and reported it. I just received a letter from your ins co investigating the incident. My ins co is working it out. But here is where I’m upset. Richard charged my card 385$ without calling and asking or talking with me about this. Your ins co and my ins co are working it out and this guy is charging my card without consent. I will be speaking to my lawyer about this. He told me he would call and talk to me if there was to be anything done. I spoke with my ins co and they said it is covered and they are handling the matter. You need to speak with your employee and tell him he should not be charging cards without consent. I will be getting to the bottom of this I’m not happy.

Drew Automotive was okay. When I was told where I had to go, I was told they're getting the paperwork ready for me now, but when I got there, they weren't even open. I had a terrible experience getting a truck and instead of a 26' truck I reserved at the location I reserved, I ended up with a 20' truck after going to two different locations other than my original reservation location. So not only did I end up with a smaller truck, I now have to rent another one and spend almost twice as much as I had anticipated to finish moving my household contents that did not fit into a smaller truck. It was frustrating to be asked multiple times if I wanted to travel to Schroon Lake to get a different 26'; Schroon lake is almost 1.5 hours away from where I was and is 100% inconvenient.. I had people waiting at my house to load the truck for me and what should have been a half hour process ended up taking two hours of my time and wasting time of our friends that were at our house to help. Lastly, it was very clear and justified for me to be frustrated. Not once did I raise my voice or swear, HOWEVER, when I called because I was at Drew Automotive (after being told they were preparing the paperwork for me now and I show up to a closed business) I had Uhaul customer service on the phone tell me to calm down and something along the lines of she won't help me if I don't stop yelling. I'm sorry, but I'm having a huge issue and I'm telling you about it. I don't care if you already know the mess that's happened to me for the last hour, but this is happening now and you need to know about it; don't tell me to calm down. Lastly, the mileage wasn't enough to get me to the location so I'm grateful they decided to give me an extra 100 miles. I don't drive through the Adirondack Park because of the narrow roads so I took main highways and was well over the allotted mileage when I got to the drop off location and the storage unit we unloaded was six minutes from the drop off. For reference, I take 87S to exit 13S to Ballston Spa, 67 down to Amsterdam and take the Thruway to exit 34A, 481N to Cicero.

We cant thank Richard enough for all he assisted us with to get a truck and supplies for our move. He even double checked the fluids to make sure everything was ready to go. A really great experience to start off a stressful move. We give this location and its owner 10 fist bumps!!!!!

Only reason I could not give 5 stars is that we reserved a truck weeks in advance that was “guaranteed” to be ready at 10:30am, they somehow double booked the trucks. Did not get a truck until 1:30pm. If you are on a time crunch I would not trust uhaul, not the first time this happened
