The computer set up for the rental agreement and later on the receipt for payment took longer than the time it took to tow my car home. Too many questions. Paper was so much quicker. Old school is best, I think.

Doug was excellent, even allowing me to return the tow dolly on the weekend, outside his normal shop hours.
Jonathan HThey had no furniture pads or a dolly. I was forced to go there because I rented at a different location and then after I made the reservation I was told by an email that there was no equipment available so I had to go 40 km North and pay mileage both ways on my rented vehicle. Because I arrived back at 8:00 at night it was dark and the owner of the establishment came from his apartment above the shop and asked for the keys and he would check me in the next morning. In the dark and the speediness to get out of there I lost an $800 GPS of course no one had seen it

Dan LAdded extra mileage and said gas wasn’t where it should be when we have a picture to prove different. And time of drop off was incorrect when we have it on phone dated and time. Over all terrible experiences would not recommend

Rickie MI don't believe the location marked down the correct information of the mileage on the vehicle. I was charged for going 199 miles over the 131 miles I had included with the rental, which isn't possible. The mileage and fuel was never gone over with me. I should have and wish I would have taken a picture when I got into the uhaul for proof, but it had skipped my mind (clearly a mistake on my end).
Lincoln CYour billing invoice system is a joke, I gave my credit card when I picked up the vehicle which had no fuel in it, then after the move, months later get a letter from a collection agency for a $127, how do you pay a bill if you have no idea you owe it, its an insult, never again UHaul

Mac RBullshit operation, and its not the operator in Perth, it Uhaul as a company. I paid with a credit card the day I picked up a truck that had no fuel in it, dropped it off with more fuel than was in it, it was my understanding the transaction was complete, then Nov 12th I get a letter from a collection agency saying I owe $127 more, the whole booking process is a joke, and then get a letter from a collection agency for an amount I had no idea I owed, NEVER AGAIN UHAUL YOU ARE AN INSULT.

Samuel CI was ignored for the first 5 mins I was in the shop. Owner had to book me even though I prebooked online. He was distracted the entire time he served me. He “warmed up” the truck for 20 mins (gas I had to pay for) without telling me. Also did not set the mileage correctly & I am still dealing with getting my money back (they overcharged me by 100mi or $45). The man in front of me had his deal done “under the table” and paid cash. Did not have to give license. Did not book on computer.

JEROME LThe truck was muddy in the cargo area, and the cab had coffee stains and smelled of tobacco smoke and it must have had a gas leak someone, you could smell it.
Michael TIt is a garage - and the counter is small - lots of smoking - so it was to be expected. However, the staff were so very polite! The lady had a hard time as the trailer number was off - but I am sure that was due to the many errors made in picking up the truck. She was diligent and succeeding. I felt badly for her - she tried hard. She was so good!
Mark Csince the location, I had booked to pick up the truck and autotransporter didn't have the auto transporter, I had to drive an extra hour to get one(adding 2 hours to the trip). On arrival, I expected the equipment ready to go and inspected. They were almost surprised to see me, and the autotransporter was in a field. When the car to be transported was loaded, we discovered the transporter had a flat tire, with a 1-inch fragment of a 1/4" bolt embedded in the tire and another piece rattling around inside it. 90 minutes to wait for roadside assistance to come and replace an unrepairable tire turned a day trip into an overnighter with an extra hotel room added to the cost. If I had to do again, I would probably have a tow company deliver the car as the savings I anticipated by going to pick up the car myself was offset by 3 1/2extra hours traveling, extra fuel costs and the expense of a hotel room
