Attendant was kind and courteous. He left funnel in oil reservoir and the drain plug was holding on by two threads. Could have dusted an engine under 20K miles. The alignment wasn't great and the fuel economy was 6.8 miles to the gallon over 3200 miles.

Hard to see. Renting from a guy in a van was a different experience than having a door and counter.

CARLA HWe rent u-hauls pretty frequently. The gentleman the assisted us was great. Much easier than some places we have dealt with. It was a good experience in the freezing cold and wind. Very nice man.
JOHNATHAN BI had to change this because it wasn't for the gentleman I got my Uhaul from. This place changed my Uhaul pick-up location last minute. Uhaul itself was awful to work with. My couch was ruined because of a leak in the Uhaul during heavy rain. Uhaul "tested" the Uhaul I used during freezing temperatures so I do not believe they tested it or tested it properly and said they couldn't find the leak so they won't reimburse me for the couch. There was no water damage to the items close to the door. It was only on the couch and boxes around the couch and those items were toward the back. So there would have to be a leak in the ceiling somewhere. I will never use Uhaul again. An awful experience.

DAVID DWe dropped off during business hours and there was no one at this location and no one who seemed to know anything. I tried using the app, but every single picture wasn't acceptable. I ended up taking all the pics on my phone and then returning on my wifi when I got home. Of course the app wouldn't allow me to upload the pics I had already taken. What should have taken a few minutes, ended up being a headache.

George GThe passenger side mirror was loose, causing it to shift during travel. I adjusted it several times during the trip, only to have it shift again, causing me extremely poor visibility when changing lanes. It made the eleven hour ride very stressful.

Elizabeth TThe man running it was driving around in his truck jumping from customer to customer so we had to stand in the sun for 20+ minutes trying to wave him down because he said we had more papers to sign and that he needed to help other customers. Upon his return, we did in fact have everything done and just needed the keys so we waited all that time for nothing. Making us late to our first stop. Would not recommend this location.

DIANE CBad experience here again with the app. Could not get a picture of dash with mileage to load. Wasted 25 minutes on app. Got kicked out of app when I received a telephone call. When I went back in, I couldn't get "drop off my truck" to show up again. Stupid app! Had to call support line again to make sure I had done everything right. Couldn't submit pictures of truck (even though everything was fine with truck).

Leslie JThis place is behind a thrift store, and no clear parking area. Trucks pulled to the edge of dirt rd in grass. Doesn't seem to be anybody working there. If I had known before I agreed to drop off there I would have went to a place where someone was actually on site, this was the closest drop off but I would rather have driven a few more miles.

Maylee BWayne was great, and the location was good. But I ended up having to keep the UHaul for an extra 4 days because their gates are closed in the mornings. This means my bill was far too high, because I wasn't told this, and I work at 8:00am and wasn't able to bring back until I had a day off. If I had been told this ahead of time, or the gate had been open for drop off, my total bill would have been less than half of what it was.

Kia HThe parking area where we drove up to pickup the rental had a lot of broken glass and debris. We were concerned we would get a flat. Our rental truck was upgraded to a larger one because the one we requested was not available. The person on the phone that confirmed the pickup said we would get the same rate as the smaller truck but we did not. When I called UHaul after pickup to find out why, the person said we would have to get the pickup location owner to change it. He was not easy to work with in person so we decided not to call him to try to get it fixed.

William HMy reservation was cancelled as I checked in. I was still able to get the truck. This was a U-Haul issue, not the local location. Even though I did all the registration work online to save time, we had to redo it. Unacceptable on the part of U-Haul.
James Rwell first off i drove 100 miles to pick up my RESERVED!!! truck wasnt there 2 locations later i finally got a truck which was also a 26 ft truck only needed a 10 ft truck.Then when i finally got a truck everyone i talked to said my reservation was useless. so i will probably never use uhaul again!!!!!!!

He also lied up to us about some things and tried to get more money from us. He is a man who cussed me over redundant crap. He needs to be fired or you all need to find a better U-Haul.
