Wow, what a terrible experience. Please fix your location/GPS settings. Took me 30 minutes to get my truck because the app was animate that I was not at the location so I had to call customer service and be on hold for 10 minutes only for them to tell me to try your website over the app. Maybe suggest that on your app prior to putting me on hold for 10 minutes. Like... this is grade level logic.

The van was fine. At pickup it was plowed into the snow and we had to brush it all off ourselves. Difficult getting it out of the snow bank. Took it 7 miles total but needed 2 gallons of gas to fill to full?? Questionable.

melvin TAYLOReverything went great with the 24/7 truck share, including getting access to the truck..... however once truck was acquired for the short period that we had it. the handling and steering of the truck was very rough... would consistently pull too the right and had to keep over correcting. the ride was rough, had a bad vibration in front end. other than that it was a good experience
Codey Baker-DurstThis uhaul i rented really needs to be taken off the road. It was very hard to drive. It had no get up and go. It had a bad exhaust smell and was very hard to maneuver. The body of the uhaul is severely damaged. the back overhead door is as difficult to open and the ramp was very hard to get in and out. I was not pleased. But I had to use it because I had no choice.

Mileage was charged for 100 more miles than we drove (we have pics of the odometer) on the first truck and the second truck was charged for an extra day when we turned it in the night before it was due. Over charged both times and when we try to call the place there is no answer

I usually rent from another location but they didn’t have the equipment I needed. By happy accident I found this place and now I will gladly make a longer trip to pick up rentals in the future.
