Don't reserve equipment you don't have, Don't rent reserved trucks out from under people when trying to find equipment that was reserved that you don't have so as not to waste hours of customer's valuable time!!!!!! Passenger side mirrors were not adjusted/unable to adjust properly, had to lean over seat to view trailer when backing up with trailer.

I was expected to go about an 1/8 th of a mile to pick up the Uhaul and wasn't accompanied to go over per existing damage and miles. The service lights were on and so I was unable to view the miles at all so had to take there word for it. It was a one way truck and was only given enough miles from the store to the city line where I was headed. I was also charged a deposit when using a credit card, also was over charged by $40.00. I called customer service and they were very helpful and fixed everything, gave me extra miles as well.If you are running a Uhaul store I would be mindful and sure that you know what you are doing and improve your customer service.

The driveway was small and hard to turn around the small 15 foot U-Haul that I had rented to tow this car carrier. There was only one gentleman behind the counter I understand that he was busy but he was incredibly slow and did not have a paperwork ready to go even though we had given him a call also did not have it shoveled off. Had no sense of urgency to help us get on our way with our move.

This uhaul location was a secondary business located at a small engine sales shop. Premises were not paved and was not easy to navigate. The business owners, however, were very friendly and helpful which more than made up for the potholes I encountered.

I used the car trailer for less than 24 hours, but I paid $416 (includes tax and insurance) and "allowed to keep it 3 days". There should be a rate for one day usage. My gripe is with UHaul, not either of the two UHaul facilities

I was able to schedule a truck online only to find it wasn’t available. Then when I returned the truck you tried to charge me for extra miles. You figured the miles and I didn’t drive any extra.

This is the place to go to pick up or drop off a U-Haul rental. U-Haul Corp gave me a different date to return, verbally, then what was on contract. When I returned the truck, U-Haul was charging me extra for the days they told me I had it. Midaway tookv care of everything with ease and speed. I tried to contact U-Haul, but after being on hold for over 10 minutes with no end in sight (my avg wait time on phone with U-Haul was over 30 min every call!!!) Midway told me that they would do what ever it took, and they did! No charge. Highly recommend

Service was excellent. I called them less than a week earlier for a specific size. They had it there on Monday as promised. They even helped me out with a turning signal issue I had with the suv. Great people to do business with. Thank you Jeff and tech at Don Hull Sales and Service .

How about don't lie to customers. We were renting a uhaul and the guy I talked to said he had one and what card I wanted to put down I said I'll have my grandma call and she did. But she called me back and said they needed a credit card to hold it so I called back and got a girl and she said just need a credit card to verify and your info and card gets taken out of the system after we enter it it's for reservations only bland I said so my grandma can come in and put it on her card tomorrow she said yes no problem. So we get there get the uhaul all setup and the guy goes it needs to come back at a quarter of a tank when it comes back makes me sign stuff and says your all set. My grandma said well I was paying for it and the girl said I could when I got here and he said there's a card on file. I said the girl said it wouldn't save my card in the system. He said well she can come in and pay on Monday nothing will be taken off this card and she can do it Monday. So we agreed. We left not 20 minutes later they charged my card 53.90. I was mad. So anyways we used the uhaul and I timed my trip with GPS and mile tracker and the route I took back and fourth took me to 37 miles and he charged me for 45 miles then I brought it back on a quarter of a tank and he charged me for gas 7.23 cents and the truck wasn't in the same place I parked it so they must have moved it. If it was my senario I think they went and drove the truck to get some extra miles and he told me it had more than a quarter of a tank when I left which was complete bs. even the kid said it was on abquarter of a tank bring it back at a quarter. And me and my grandma both heard it and confirmed it all I even wrote the milage down before I left and when I parked it. These guys are slick. First time I've ever been treated with unprofessionals in a uhaul company. Terrible

service the vehicle so the check engine light is not on, the abs light is not on, and the low tire pressure light is not on making the customer feel that they are driving a unsafe vehicle which is how i felt and upon returning it i was told oh yea they can not fix that, if that is the case then dont rent the unit.

Picked the truck up on Monday 9/11 at 5 pm and returned it 9/11 at 9 pm - put the keys in the drop box just like they told me to. UHaul called me on 9/12 at 1 pm saying they couldn't get ahold of Hull's to verify it was returned. On 9/13 I get notified they charged me for 2 days (double) the rental fee. Guy on the phone was rude, accused me of lying, said they were there all day on 9/12, and there's no way I could have returned it that night. This location is dishonest and disrespectful - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
